Due to the way Arc Raiders handles the matchmaking the Geo-Filter cannot reliably filter the game unfortunately so for this game specifically I wouldn't suggest using the Geo-Filter. Then I suspect you won't have the issues. Do NOT put your PC in the DMZ, it's a major security risk.

Moderate NAT is find but an Open NAT is better. It depends what you're doing, if you're going to connect ALL devices to the R3 as I've recommended then disabling the WiFi on the modem would be a good idea to prevent devices automatically connecting to it. Then just set the DMZ and that's all you need to do between them. It's just a case then of setting up the R3 as you wish, have a look at support.netduma.com for more info and let us know if you have any specific questions/issues with that

I think you will need to factory reset, especially if you're getting that on this latest version which is overall way more stable as it's likely gotten itself into a weird state that won't clear otherwise or you could downgrade back to your previous version and it may stop.

You disabled filtering? Well that's why it's not working, filtering needs to be enabled for your settings to work. You're not on the latest, the above is the latest

You don't need a static IP to setup the DMZ. You're putting the WAN IP of the R3 into the DMZ on the ISP router, it's nothing to do with your public IP. Congestion Control works without the DMZ yes but it won't work well if it can't control all devices. Once you do the DMZ you should get an Open NAT.

I don't think that'll ever be something that's changed, that'd be the same across their line up I would imagine

Yes you should setup the DMZ but with the R3 not controlling any other devices you're effectively just using it for the Geo-Filter as it can't do much else without controlling your whole network. So Congestion Control/SmartBOOST can't eliminate lag for you like this. Moderate NAT won't cause lag/slowdowns.

We that could be a partial reason yes, you will need to do that to ensure an Open NAT and then ALL devices should be connected to the R3 so it can control your entire network. What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What game are you playing? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?

You have Early Access where we recently did a big bug fix/QOL update, I'd highly suggest upgrading to that. It's just log spam, it can be ignored.

Are you setting the filter when you're already on the game? If so that's why it isn't working. It's essential the Geo-Filter is enabled before the game client or the game have been launched. If you change Geo-Filter settings when you're on the game then you will need to restart the game for those changes to take effect, otherwise it will use the previous Geo-Filter settings and appear not to be working.

Could you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page showing exactly what you're seeing when this happens please? eFootball are known to use relay servers which can mean you get connected outside your radius despite your settings being correct. According to some users if you cover Japan as well as the area you want to play on then this will prevent it using the relay servers and allow you to play on the servers you want but I can't confirm if that is the case.

Nothing specifically, we have seen people use mesh extenders with success but we've not specifically tested it ourselves so we don't have any recommendations

Could be a few reasons, you might be getting on different servers when playing on the modem vs the R3 - without the Geo-Filter on the modem it's hard to determine that so forcing servers further away/the closest would be good tests. It could be that there is a ping discrepancy between the two, without more details/testing we can't advise on that at the moment. It could be when testing on the modem less devices are active on the network than when on the R3/the Congestion Control settings you're using on the R3 are not your optimal percentages.

Those will be tied to ping but if your ping is around the same then it will be the game. Some people find forcing servers slightly further away beneficial in those circumstances as the game server may be under less load and play better overall even if the ping is a little higher. We can only impact the stats, there aren't any settings for hit registration or smoothness specifically, though with better ping they would be better unless the server is under load.

You said the ping is worse on the R3 than the modem so what is it on the R3 vs the modem? What is Congestion Control set to? Is the PC connected via ethernet or WiFi? Geo-Latency & Ping Assist should be disabled so you can then force the specific servers closest to you that provides the lowest ping, setting it broad or very limited won't help. I wouldn't suggest disabling UPnP on the R3. What firmware version are you on?
