Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
Netduma Fraser replied to Jeofel08's topic in New Games for the Geo-Filter
It has been put out, have you not seen the option for it? -
It might be that the ping would be too high for you and they have a ping limit, if they host a lobby and invite you can you get into a game in a server there without the Geo-Filter?
-
They weren't able to access, could you run through the steps again to make sure it's all been done please?
-
I'll pass it on to the team to see if they can get it added

Drops with DNS Error on High-Speed Downloads (Firmware 4.0.540)
Netduma Fraser replied to azleb's topic in Netduma R3 Support
From the first log I can't really tell too much, appears to be only 4 minutes long and it starts by starting up the WiFi so I don't know if WiFi details were changed or the issue was before that entry but the rest could be it just starting up again- 14 replies

2 years after the last firmware update...
Netduma Fraser replied to Mostwest's topic in Netduma R2 Support
To answer your points: DumaOS 4 was released in Early Access for the R2 less than a year ago (Aug 2024) DumaOS 4 was developed on the R3, any ports to different hardware takes more time There was no committment when the R2 was sold that it would receive DumaOS 4 - it didn't exist then No one is forcing you to buy an R3 We're working on some major features for DumaOS 4 which we hope to bring to the R2 as well, the are very big features that take a lot of development resources - we haven't released an Early Access firmware for the R3 in just over two months because of this same reason You'll always see people posting issues here, doesn't mean everyone has issues -
What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you entered your expected speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control (Ping Optimizer > Advanced)? How have you setup SmartBOOST? Are you testing via ethernet or WiFi and is there a difference?

Do this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client It should work better then
-
You have deleted a device from the Device Manager that was added to Traffic Prioritization on the QoS page and to the Geo-Filter. You have two options to remove the error and restore functionality: Factory reset Reconnect the device to the router via the same method (ethernet or WiFi), give it the same name as you had previously in the Device Manager as well as give it the same device type in the Device Manager

Drops with DNS Error on High-Speed Downloads (Firmware 4.0.540)
Netduma Fraser replied to azleb's topic in Netduma R3 Support
No it won't be that, the error on the web browser is a standard no internet message. DNS maps domain names e.g. Google.com to IP addresses e.g. 8.8.8.8 so that when you go to Google.com you get connected to the 8.8.8.8 IP address and the content is displayed. With no internet that DNS process can't happen which is all it's really saying, I've tried to determine the IP address of this website you want to connect to but I'm unable to.- 14 replies

Do speedtest.net, do you see the same behavior there? Is the internet dropping for all devices or specific devices? Is it being dropped from the game or definitely internet? Does it reconnect automatically or do you need to do anything to restore it?
-
How/where are you measuring that happen exactly? Is this while doing an actual download, not a speed test? If so where are you downloading from?

Confirmation may have gone to spam but if you email [email protected] I can provide your order number. You will get a dispatch/tracking email yes

Drops with DNS Error on High-Speed Downloads (Firmware 4.0.540)
Netduma Fraser replied to azleb's topic in Netduma R3 Support
The only thing the logs indicate is the DHCP lease changing so in DHCP settings set the lease to 10000 and give all devices a static/reserved IP - super quick to do on the R3. Once you've done that reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and monitor from there- 14 replies

NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.540
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Added, I'd suggest making a new topic for your issue though -
I'll pass on the details to the team and let you know when they attempt it
-
Okay so setup the Geo-Filter then reboot the console and try again
-
If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R2 (found in System Information) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R2 and enable remote support in Settings. Then post back here from a device connected to the R2 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect on Monday to force an upgrade through for you.

Did you upload the firmware to the router to do the update?
