  1. Resync the cloud now I think it may be active now, see if its any better then please
  2. Do you have multiple consoles/devices on your network that you or someone else game on that could be gaming at different times/the same time?
  3. No way to set it to have a specific bandwidth specifically but check you're using Congestion Control (Ping Optimizer > Advanced) and that SmartBOOST isn't prioritizing media/streaming content
  4. The Dublin server will just be for authentication, it won't actually be a game server. The Oklahoma location showing up a lot will be resolved in the cloud update this week
  5. Do this instead: Quit the application/game/client completely - including the game client from the System Tray - important! Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give the PC the PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client It's essential the Geo-Filter is enabled before the game client or the game have been launched. If you change Geo-Filter settings when you're on the game then you will need to restart the game for those changes to take effect, otherwise it will use the previous Geo-Filter settings and appear not to be working.
  6. I don't believe the cloud has reached full rollout yet so once that's done you should notice an improvement
  7. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  8. I think you may have to do a factory reset then in order to clear it and get access to those features again. Initiate the reset via the interface (Settings > Administration > Backup Settings > Erase), close the tab, wait 4 minutes, then access and go through the Setup Wizard and see if it works after that please.
  9. I can't find much on that model, presumably it doesn't have WiFi is that right? I've not seen anyone for awhile mention this issue, could you do a factory reset whenever you get the chance and see if it works normally after that please?
  10. The lag could be due to the higher ping that you have, are you able to connect to any closer servers to reduce your ping? Steady Ping won't work for every game unfortunately, especially if it's not able to calculate the ping as it won't know how much buffer to add. I don't believe it takes account of tickrate at all, it just calculates what your ping is to the server and then adds a buffer of about 8-10ms on top. As normally jitter doesn't usually go any higher than this by keeping your ping at a set value it absorbs any of the jitter you would get so the result is a smoother feeling in game. If your jitter is higher than this you can use the expert mode.
  11. Go to the System Information page On the "Installed Rapps" panel on the right of the screen click the icon, Change the retries to 5 Reboot the router from the interface Close the interface Wait 4 minutes Then try accessing please and see if that resolves it.
  12. It's not stupid, certainly an idea that seems obvious but in the EA user agreement it states "You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract or otherwise use source code or other data from EA Services, unless expressly authorized by EA or permitted by law." So even if we were to consider it, legally that wouldn't be a good idea to do so. Also the server browser just retrieves their server IPs and they know where those locations are of course and they will be retrieved from the server itself, something we can't do. The router can retrieve those IP addresses and that's how they appear on the map. IP databases (databases that identify the location that belongs to an IP address) can be quite inaccurate or at least slow to update (unless you own your own database/you're putting a lot of money into it) so that's why the locations for the IPs of the servers can sometimes be incorrectly located on the map. When we become aware of this we correct it and our own game server IP database becomes just a little bit more accurate. However, the issue is that they will sometimes bring in new servers that have different IPs etc and then the location becomes out of data for us again so its a bit of a constant tug of war trying to keep the locations up to date. For the most part the servers are shown correctly and we just need to do little updates to correct the ones that aren't.
  13. You already have access https://forum.netduma.com/forum/153-xr1000-beta-forum
  14. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  15. All you need to worry about is the bottom graph which is showing very good results so all good!
  16. No worries I understand! Thanks for the screenshot, I'll ask them to double check
  17. You say fake like we've done it on purpose, as I mentioned previously if during re-tests we find that not to be the case we will change it. I'll also double check with the team. Depends on the game, usually just CoD that happens with, I haven't checked myself with BF6, do you see a lot of servers when booting up?
  18. Generally you won't see all the servers on the Geo-Filter as it only shows what you're making connections to
  19. Just to clarify, are devices connecting to the WiFi but have no internet or can they not connect to the network at all? Does she have any devices that she is able to connect to the router via ethernet cable to see if a) the device can get internet that way and b) whether she can gain access to the router interface. If devices can connect but just have no internet can she access the router interface via the PC or via the DumaOS mobile app? I wonder if perhaps it lost power at some point and reset itself, if so the Setup Wizard would need to be completed to get internet again. IF it has indeed factory reset itself, once the Setup Wizard has been completed and internet has been restored you could use a software like Teamviewer to temporarily take control of her PC and setup the VPN for her again.
  20. We've specifically fixed the Oklahoma issue so I'm sure it will improve!
  21. In Settings > Advanced there are extra WiFi settings like MU-MIMO, Beamforming etc, disable these one by one and see if you can find the culprit for the packet loss
  22. Could you provide a full page screenshot of the Geo-Filter please? Most game servers don't respond to pings so for Ping Heatmap we will sometimes use a placeholder server that's in the same location as the game server in order to give you an approximation of the ping you would get to the game server in that area.
  23. Close the game and game client e.g. Steam (including from the System Tray), disable the Geo-Filter then launch the game again, does it show Open?
  24. You can ignore both of these, they're just log spam, they won't be causing you any issues. It's very likely a lease renewal happening for a device when the connection briefly drops. We don't allow SSH access.
  25. It's very likely the device is appearing as another device when you're using the different connection method. Check the IP on the device itself when using ethernet then check the device you think it is on WiFi enhancer, if its not the same find the one that matches and re-name it so you know which one to use for the Geo-Filter. Not yet I don't think but should be rolling the cloud update out for it shortly
