  1. Sure thing, thanks for letting us know, I'll pass it onto the team.
  2. It looks like you're accessing via a mobile/tablet which the interface hasn't been optimized for, if you access on a PC do you get the same error?
  3. You can do that, it's safer using the DMZ on a console but wouldn't advise it for a PC. If you have an Open NAT without using the DMZ then it's unnecessary to do any port forwarding or use the DMZ. Port Forwarding is more specific and DMZ is more open basically but they would both work it just depends how you want to do it.
  4. If it just uses servers that's no problem at all, we can resolve that quite easily, if it still does rely on direct connections to friends that's not something we can do automatically - we don't know who your friends are, you'd just need to add them manually but mostly if you do it once you won't need to do it again. Don't worry about it too much, as it's the weekend I thought it may be helpful to get a head start on the servers but if they're hard to identify we'll get that sorted.
  5. This is very strange, I've not heard of an issue like this before. Which firmware version are you on currently? Has this always been an issue or did it occur after an update, settings change etc?
  6. In Settings, disable IPv6 for LAN but leave it enabled for WAN and then reboot the console and see if you get IPv6 then. Security wise yes it would be better than using the DMZ but if you have an Open NAT already there is no need to use it.
  7. Do other devices connected still continue to work or is it just when connecting the TP Link? Is the TP link connected to your modem as well or is it only connected to the XR? Just to clarify, is the internet port/yellow port from the XR connected to your modem?
  8. What firmware version are you on currently? Are you able to access the interface when the disconnects happen? If so could you provide the log from the System Information page when it occurs please?
  9. Hey, welcome to the forum! Is the TP link connected to your modem as well or is it only connected to the XR? It shouldn't be a problem at all using all the ethernet ports.
  10. Cree un nuevo tema y en ese tema, mientras está conectado al enrutador a través de una PC con Windows, abra el símbolo del sistema, escriba ipconfig, presione Intro y luego publique una captura de pantalla de los resultados allí, por favor.
  11. Thanks for the extra information, we'll have to double check whether it is a visual issue or more serious, we'll find out and get it sorted!
  12. I'll check in on Monday with the team. How often does it happen, every day?
  13. You can upgrade to the latest that's absolutely fine!
  14. I wouldn't say that many use it for that reason, the purpose of the router isn't to do that so it's not something we can support, that being said I still did provide support on your situation. Yes it's quite possible they have banned VPN IPs as well. Every time the game does an update or when it releases initially things like this happen and they seem to resolve themselves after awhile - for example, the West Coast of the US servers were unavailable for a time.
  15. Nothing has changed on our side and nothing has been reported regarding issues matchmaking with the Geo-Filter enabled, so it's very likely something they've done, either restricting it or implementing a ping limit for example. The purpose of the router is to help you get low ping servers so while you can get higher ping servers it's not guaranteed. The fact that you're having the issue with a VPN as well would lead me to believe it's on their end in some way.
  16. What do you usually ping to these servers? I suspect that due to the update and the probable growth in the player base currently it's not happy with those higher pings when you can almost always get one lower. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if you're able to do it, if not check again in a few weeks perhaps when the population has declined.
  17. You can do if you wish although it's not any personal information
  18. We haven't heard anything about this, where is your approximate location and where are you trying to force servers?
  20. I think we're pretty close on an update, Amazon do have a good return policy so you could always return it before that expires if there isn't an update.
  21. Once you've added your friends you shouldn't need to do it again - unless their IPs change frequently? If you do come across those chat servers do let us know the IDs and we can get them added as well.
  22. It depends how well testing goes, it could go straight to a public release if we feel it is stable enough
  23. Is it okay with the reserved IP now after a reset or have you not tried that again? If you disable the Geo-Filter then reboot the console does the packet loss go away?
