  1. Check back tomorrow... 😉
  2. Do you know what firmware version you're on currently? It may be worth applying for Early Access as that may be more stable for you: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ In the meantime, in LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  3. Thanks for the update, keep us posted!
  4. There will be an app update shortly, whether or not that fixes your issue or not I couldn't say. The dev will need to take a look at the logs, determine the cause, write a fix, test the fix etc.
  5. Great thank you, I'll pass it on to the dev.
  6. It may be it's gone back to the Setup Wizard, if you access does that appear and if so once complete do you have internet again?
  7. That's our recommended starting point but it won't necessarily work for everyone. It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control (set to Always), say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.
  8. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  9. Hello, welcome to the forum! Could you make a new topic for your issue please and we can help you there.
  10. In Settings > WiFi on the router interface
  11. That amount of jitter is really imperceptible so that's fine. Try Gaming instead as a favorite and see if that improves your performance at all. How much have you changed the sliders by?
  12. Did you perform a factory reset after installing the update? Could you grab the log when it next happens please?
- If it is taking a long time without the Geo-Filter enabled then there are no restrictions, it will be the fault of the game. Ping Heatmap shows servers for the game as a whole, not specific playlists. DNS won't change anything, it will just take longer for you to get a game unfortunately.
  14. Yes that is fine, as the router interface is only available on your local network and is not accessible from the internet it is safe.
  15. Can you show the top of the page please?
  16. You can ignore the packet loss in the top section, as long as the bottom graph doesn't have any red bars you won't be getting packet loss.
  17. That should be enough thank you, I've passed them on to the team to get that sorted.
  18. Come ho detto prima, è probabile che il pool di server disponibili sia limitato, quindi dovresti espandere il tuo raggio. Quando disattivi il filtro geografico, dove ottieni i giochi? Sono fuori dal tuo raggio?
  19. It may be best to get you on Early Access as that should be more stable and if not it will be easier for the devs to take a more in depth look at the issue: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  20. Disable 2.4GHz on the router, apply, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes, access, enable 2.4GHz, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then see if you're able to connect.
  21. scusa potresti chiarire? Non capisco la traduzione
