  1. Did you disable SmartQoS by any chance as we do know of a bug where doing so does prevent access. If you access the Smart QoS interface then re-enable it you should regain access, does that work? If so does that then allow the other devices to get internet again?
  2. Check the first post of this topic
  3. Pretty much every CoD game has used the same server locations for as long as we can remember so yes you can ping MW2 and the servers should be in the same place for MW19. If not do let us know!
  4. ¿Podría volver a tomar el registro cuando se desconecte, por favor? ¿Dónde estás midiendo la pérdida de paquetes?
  5. It's misclassified as a peer, you can still add it to the allow list if you like
  6. No there are no options for that specifically, I believe they removed that some time ago from the XR range
  7. Okay that'll be due to PPPoE then, it's something we're working on fixing at the moment
  8. Si tiene todos los dispositivos agregados allí, deshabilite el servidor DHCP por completo, aplique, reinicie desde la interfaz y vea si eso lo soluciona, por favor
  9. Do keep us updated, hopefully it will just be that and all good at the new place.
  10. You can also use some of the other features on the mobile view but yes you could do that. I'd generally recommend the latest which is .615
  11. As you did see some instability in speeds directly connected to the modem as well it doesn't sound like a router specific issue. So it's either some issue with the ISP or most likely given that your phone seems to get great speeds consistently would be an issue with the PC you're using to test.
  12. When you say modem do you mean the XR1000 or your ISP modem router?
  13. It definitely couldn't hurt, we did make some changes in the beta that should allow it to get better results on those 3rd party tests. You can only use the QoS on the mobile view for the moment but everything else is available through the desktop view.
  14. With QoS enabled bufferbloat can't happen so that 600ms upload would never happen. The QoS on the router can mess with 3rd party tests like that so best to use Benchmark or do a manual test using Wireshark to optimize QoS as much as possible.
  15. Are you using PPPoE/VLAN or IPv6 at all? Have you got a custom Traffic Prioritization rule enabled?
  16. It really depends on the quality of the server, the time of day you play on it, how many other people are playing on it, your routing to that server etc. With all those variables it's unlikely to always be a bad experience.
  17. Okay so it is a server located in Brazil then as you wouldn't get a ping that low otherwise.
  18. Not sure if we're talking about the same procedure - don't try to add the device back to Geo-Filter/Traffic Prioritization. Just connect the device back to the router - it must be connected via ethernet/2.4/5GHz whichever method it was connected before. In the Device Manager it then must be named the same as it was previously and given the same device type. Then once that's all done the error should go away. 100% though a factory reset will clear it otherwise, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface and it should be fine.
  19. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  20. Yes that's probably the server misclassified as a peer icon. What ping are you getting to that?
  21. As in the peer/player icon? If so it's very likely the server, just misclassified as a peer as the game uses servers for gameplay. If you provide the ID I can double check, the domain name on the ping panel may also give you an idea
  22. What are the issues/disappointments you have with it exactly? I doubt it will work but you can try: https://download.mikrotik.com/routeros/7.11/routeros-mipsbe-7.11.npk
  23. Are you seeing any servers on the map at all or just specifically those servers not appearing?
  24. There isn't much else I can advise, reboots, resets and re-upgrading are really the only options and waiting at least 5 minutes after each one has been done should eventually allow you to gain access. Try a few more times, if not may be best to go back to the public version for now.
  25. Sé que siguen significando hacerlo, piense que algo más sigue apareciendo, veré si puede hacerlo el lunes
