  1. That sounds about right!
  2. If you haven't changed any QoS settings that would be limiting the amount of bandwidth you have then that is just the bandwidth it wants, you can't make it use more and actually it's more than enough, it shouldn't cause you any gameplay issues.
  3. If you make a new topic we can help you there
  4. As above are you able to try accessing the router via ethernet to see if you can complete the wizard? What firmware were you on and what did you upgrade to?
  5. Okay thank you, I'll pass it onto the team to see if they can reproduce it.
  6. What is the actual Android version on the Moto? (You should be able to find this in Settings on the phone) As it may be that the app is not working well with a much newer version and we'll have to test it. We do have a new app version coming out fairly soon which also may help.
  7. Welcome to the forum! There isn't much to go on here, did this happen after changing a setting for example? Are you experiencing a change in gameplay? Technically, the game requires very little bandwidth, less than is pictured there and having 4k doesn't mean the game will use it.
  8. Have a quick run through of this to double check and if not let me know and there might be an extra setting or two we can change. https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076586-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-maximum-bandwidth-speeds
  9. Estoy esperando una respuesta y cuando sepa lo sabrĂ¡s.
  10. That's strange, usually the issue is allowing it to auto select the router you're using, selecting it manually then makes it work
  11. For the most compatibility yes that's what I'd recommend
  12. If you're gaming on a PC then set it as that yes, otherwise no need for the device you're viewing with
  13. Are you having the same issue on a PC at all? What version of Android is it?
  14. Maybe a DPI update caused it so disable Adblocker, if that still doesn't work disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu and then try
  15. Is there anything that changed coinciding with when that happened? Game/router update/settings change etc?
  16. Well done on getting it sorted! Yes you should see the devices using data but won't necessarily see the AP using data as it's essentially passing all the data right through to the devices.
  17. You'd need to reconnect the device to the other WiFi network for the first R2 and then probably reboot the device you're connecting with, it's not going to work well if you're trying to use it as a WiFi repeater but using separately should be fine.
  18. If you disable Adblocker on the R2 does that then allow you to login?
  19. You have access already if you have a look and can be found here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/ no emails are sent for it, you'd just see the new section on the forum when you're approved. Upgrade to that and see if you notice an improvement with CoD.
  20. You don't need to set Bandwidth Allocation at all unless you have a specific requirement such as you're streaming and need consistent bandwidth as otherwise the bandwidth is just shared between devices based on what needs what. If you want to use it leave the XR1000 low/0 and all other devices can be allocated bandwidth.
  21. Double check the IP on the console, does it match the IP of the device you think it is on the Device Manager? Did you add it to the Geo-Filter after the console/game was already on? If so that could be another reason, follow this process and see if it works: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client
  22. Are you able to access it using the mobile web browser? Are you using iOS or Android and what firmware version is the phone using?
  23. Hello, welcome to the forum! Were you previously receiving higher speeds? If so when did this start to occur, after changing settings, rebooting, resetting, upgrading etc. Yes that is the MicroTik hardware model.
  24. Reset download Bandwidth Allocation, set each device for Apex to use 15% on Bandwidth Allocation for upload, then disable Share Excess on the Bandwidth Allocation menu and try again, see if that resolves it
  25. No need to allocate bandwidth at all for your scenario but if you wish to then give bandwidth to the devices, you don't need to give any to the XR - it would just redistribute to the devices anyway.
