  1. I thought you said in the other topic that it did help?
  2. If you're using Auto-Enable then you have to be prioritizing at the time for it to apply. You haven't enabled any prioritizations so that may be why. I don't think we've specifically tested the game with the Geo-Filter but it could work, let us know either way and we can look into it.
  3. TFTP bypasses the boot process which is where the issue may be so it has a higher chance of resolving the issue than standard upgrading, the above example has a good rate of the firmware successfully applying. It's not specifically the beta, anytime this issue has happened in the past has been because an update was done but not any specific update. WiFi is a Netgear setting so it's not something we have the power to change and even then it's not something that could be fixed immediately. As the XR700 is no longer being produced I doubt NG will be making many new firmware versions. The TFTP option is the best chance for success in this scenario as it is more of a hardware issue I believe.
  5. Hello, welcome to the forum! Are you testing using WiFi or ethernet? Have you set the bandwidth speeds to what you expect? Have you adjusted Congestion Control at all? Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please?
  6. It's not usually something we give out and I don't know what that command is unfortunately, it may be worth using TFTP to reinstall the firmware as there may be an issue in boot which that would bypass
  7. It's not necessarily the beta, we've seen it with the public versions as well and only on the 700, try this: While connected via ethernet, disable WiFi radios entirely from the Advanced WiFi settings, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes, access, enable WiFi radios, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then see if they appear.
  9. Which profile selector specifically? I see you're on an older beta version, I gave you a link to the latest in the other topic, update to that and see if it works please.
  10. No it should be RC14 which you can find here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/
  12. If you want to use QoS then I would suggest setting it to that figure, wouldn't usually suggest it but as the router can't handle any higher it will make QoS more responsive
  13. Your phone will be set to use randomized MAC addresses which makes it essentially look like another device. Disable it by following this guide: https://www.howtogeek.com/722653/how-to-disable-random-wi-fi-mac-address-on-android/ Then on the Device Manager click the icon and you can delete all offline devices, that will prevent the multiple devices.
  14. There is definitely a server you are blocking then, don't use the app, view on a PC, look for a blocked server, add it to your allow list and it should work
  15. Are you seeing the same behavior if you use the normal PC/desktop view?
  16. Do a factory reset now, it's quite a big change, it should be fine after that
  19. Which firmware were you on specifically when you couldn't access? Are you on the intermediary firmware?
  20. Do you have any servers in your denied list? You may have denied one essential for online play/matchmaking
  21. I've not seen the issue happen for awhile, it may be worth trying the beta version here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ We've not encountered anyone using those devices so far, I wouldn't have thought so. If you're using Smart Connect it may not like the automatic switching between 2.4/5GHz, usually smart devices just want to be connected to 2.4GHz.
  22. Great thanks, I'll pass that on!
  24. I can make a request for it, I couldn't say when/if it may be included. The R2 does have its own Adblocker you can use and add different lists to.
