  1. Not sure if we're talking about the same procedure - don't try to add the device back to Geo-Filter/Traffic Prioritization. Just connect the device back to the router - it must be connected via ethernet/2.4/5GHz whichever method it was connected before. In the Device Manager it then must be named the same as it was previously and given the same device type. Then once that's all done the error should go away. 100% though a factory reset will clear it otherwise, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface and it should be fine.

Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  3. Yes that's probably the server misclassified as a peer icon. What ping are you getting to that?
  4. As in the peer/player icon? If so it's very likely the server, just misclassified as a peer as the game uses servers for gameplay. If you provide the ID I can double check, the domain name on the ping panel may also give you an idea

  6. Are you seeing any servers on the map at all or just specifically those servers not appearing?
  7. There isn't much else I can advise, reboots, resets and re-upgrading are really the only options and waiting at least 5 minutes after each one has been done should eventually allow you to gain access. Try a few more times, if not may be best to go back to the public version for now.

  11. That sounds like congestion on your ISP network then or the game is trying to force you to further away servers as closer ones are overloaded. Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please?
  12. You should choose the specific app that you want to prioritize such as Neflix etc. Yes you can set it up as a permanent priority in Traffic Prioritization, both can be prioritized.
  13. It is coming, being tested currently, you cannot install the 500 version on the 450.
  14. Thanks for letting us know, if you click to go back to the dashboard does it do so/take you back to login successfully or do you have to restart the app? Good advice above, are you able to access using the DumaOS app at all?

  17. That's really good to know, the more barriers to actually playing the more variables in play so sounds like we'll need to test that specifically, I'll pass it on.

If you've not rebooted from the interface since setting up and then pull the power that will happen so next time when you've set it up give it a reboot from the interface and wait a few minutes before accessing. That will act as a hard save so if/when you next unplug it settings should be saved.

  22. If you disable QoS completely from the Congestion Control panel menu ≡ what speeds do you get then? Are ALL devices connected to the XR or are some connected to your ISP modem/router?

  25. Where are you testing the speeds exactly? Have you input your expected speeds into Bandwidth settings.
