  1. That's good progress, are ALL devices connected to the R2 or do you still have some connected to the ISP modem/router? If you disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu do the speeds increase?
  2. We never give out ETAs for firmware, we haven't done that for years as it's always subject to change, as it would have done in this case when we found issues that needed to be fixed. We are working on it, the team are working super hard at the moment, a lot of deadlines we're working towards.
  3. That'll be up to Netgear but it's something we would like to include. That's the beauty of HybridVPN, you don't need to apply it to your whole device (unless you're on console) so the rest of your device can go through your normal connection.
  4. Gracias por hacérnoslo saber, lo pasaré. No podría decir cuándo se solucionará esto, ya que no es algo que le suceda a mucha gente, pero haremos lo mejor que podamos.
  5. I'll get on to Alex to make sure he is aware so he can get it supported.
  6. Hey, welcome to the forum! Thanks for the suggestion, I'll add it to the list for it to be potentially added.
  7. Great advice above, if you did want to do that you could use the XR1000 as an AP for WiFi but you would lose the features and wouldn't get those higher speeds.
  8. You'll need to use the Advanced Setup with the configuration file from your OpenVPN provider for the moment and then it'll work. We need to update the list.
  9. Does that include Unknown on live data that has been fixed?
  10. Did you do a factory reset after upgrading at all?
  11. No creo que estuviéramos al tanto de ese problema. Si desactivas QoS por completo, ¿funciona?
  12. Yeah I was going to say, looks like it is restricting the speeds as expected there! What are you trying to prioritize exactly?
  13. Hello, welcome to the forum! I would recommend using the ISP modem/router in router mode with the R2 in the DMZ of the ISP router instead of having the R2 handling PPPoE. Then make sure you enter the correct speeds in Bandwidth Settings in the Congestion Control menu ( ) on the QoS page. Also if you're checking on Connection Benchmark, check on speedtest.net, what do you get there?
  14. Esta aquí: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ ¿A qué te refieres con el problema de SSH?
  15. I think that's probably normal as it's cached the old IP and then when it checks again it'll show correctly. I'll double check though.
  16. Are you unplugging the router from power frequently by any chance? If you put the serial number in can you then change the password?
  17. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  18. Thanks for letting us know, what is the delay roughly?
  19. These one for Nord: 103.86.96.100 and 103.86.99.100 click the icon on the VPN Setup panel and you can enter them there
  20. No not specifically, it's most likely the DHCP issue though, do this: In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects. I don't know what the plans are specifically regarding what NG want to do as it is not made anymore they may not wish to put in further resources.
  21. No basically the DMZ passes all traffic through to the device you place there so on the VM it'll pass all traffic through to the XR which is what you want and then from the XR to the console. You may be thinking that may then negatively affect devices on the XR with the console in the DMZ but I haven't seen that be the case in reality.
  22. They're mislocated on the map that's all, we'll retest it and move them, I'll let Alex know
  23. What is your issue exactly as I'm still not sure on that? No that's not the case, they will be mislocated on the map, if you provide the IDs of them we can get them correctly located.
  24. Without the Geo-Filter you say you're seeing 22ms, is that to the server you suspect is to the Spanish server or to another server? If you can provide the IDs for the mislocated servers we can get those correct which will make them easier to connect to.
  25. That's not a Geo-Filter issue, there are multiple servers clustered in the same location, auto ping will ping whatever server you connect to
