What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What games are you playing? What platform are you playing on? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?

The post was over a year ago, IPs get bought and sold all the time, it's quite possible it's not being used as an active game server currently

What platform are you playing on? Have you added the games specifically or are you prioritizing gaming or have you prioritized the device? Does it prioritize with any of these methods?

E.g XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the RXR? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? Don't do the speed/ping test on the router, do a speedtest.net and manually adjust Congestion Control. What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi?

When it next happens please grab the logs from Settings > Troubleshooting before you do a reboot and we can take a look.

Settings > Administration > Backup Settings > Erase OR Hold the reset button in the back of the router (you'll need a pin or something small) for 30 seconds, then release Wait 4 minutes after you've initiated the reset and then access and check

Did you post here from a device connected to the R3 at the time?

Presumably you've gone through the R3 setup wizard? Have a look at support.netduma.com that will help you get to grips with the features

Correct, strict must be on for it to exclusively search within the radius you've set

There really isn't much there indicating an issue, just the DHCP lease which should be taken care of with the changes you made but ensure all devices do have a reserved IP and then disable DHCP on the router, reboot from the interface and monitor from there

I'll let the team know it needs an update, it might be an issue with different cloud systems though

We are aware speeds are slightly slower using PPPoE and we'll improve that if we can. Otherwise you can put the R3 in the exposed host on the Fritz instead and have the fritz handle PPPoE as mentioned above and then you should get better speeds through the R3.

It has been put out, have you not seen the option for it?

It might be that the ping would be too high for you and they have a ping limit, if they host a lobby and invite you can you get into a game in a server there without the Geo-Filter?

They weren't able to access, could you run through the steps again to make sure it's all been done please?

From the first log I can't really tell too much, appears to be only 4 minutes long and it starts by starting up the WiFi so I don't know if WiFi details were changed or the issue was before that entry but the rest could be it just starting up again

To answer your points: DumaOS 4 was released in Early Access for the R2 less than a year ago (Aug 2024) DumaOS 4 was developed on the R3, any ports to different hardware takes more time There was no committment when the R2 was sold that it would receive DumaOS 4 - it didn't exist then No one is forcing you to buy an R3 We're working on some major features for DumaOS 4 which we hope to bring to the R2 as well, the are very big features that take a lot of development resources - we haven't released an Early Access firmware for the R3 in just over two months because of this same reason You'll always see people posting issues here, doesn't mean everyone has issues

Do this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client It should work better then

You have deleted a device from the Device Manager that was added to Traffic Prioritization on the QoS page and to the Geo-Filter. You have two options to remove the error and restore functionality: Factory reset Reconnect the device to the router via the same method (ethernet or WiFi), give it the same name as you had previously in the Device Manager as well as give it the same device type in the Device Manager
