If the speed fluctuates between 650 - 800 then enter 725 and that will be a good average, then don't change it and just experiment with the percentages that work best with that

Can you provide a screenshot of the HybridVPN rule you've made to apply it to your device please? The game is actively trying to stop people using VPNs so if you're also trying to use the Geo-Filter at the same time it may not work

Okay then yes enter the speeds you get from those sites, that way SmartBOOST/QoS will be more accurate and give you better results

Thanks, I'm waiting to hear back on the logs, are you able to access via the phone app and enable remote support that way?

Don't test the speeds on the router, test them on speedtest.net, what do you get from there with QoS fully disabled?

If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R3 and enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting. Then post back here from a device connected to the R3 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect.

The cause of the issue won't be something that can be fixed by changing any settings, it would require a software fix and I couldn't possibly say when another upgrade may come about. Really the only thing to do for the issue is to reboot the router, that's what will reload the apps again, as you've seen it doesn't work every time, it could take a few times - important that once you've started the reboot to exit the interface and wait 4 minutes before attempting access again otherwise it could interupt the startup. You could attempt to re-install the firmware via TFTP which bypasses the boot process incase there is an issue there. -
Yes that's possible, it's likely authentication/relay servers i.e. they connect you to a server, potentially Japan, to then connect you to a server closer to home

To answer your questions: If you're using the XR1000 now, as you posted in R2 Support, if you have the R2 then yes if you upgrade to DumaOS 4 in Early Access Not possible with the current router settings Not possible with the current router settings They use relay servers which makes it difficult to reliably Geo-Filter, however I have heard that keeping the Japanese region allowed that this then makes Geo-Filtering work correctly so use polygon mode to cover that area in addition to the servers you want to play on and see if that helps (reboot the game once you've made that change) The DMZ is unlikely to make any real difference - if you're playing on PC do not DMZ the PC, it is a major security risk See #4

HybridVPN can't go down or anything, if a config is used that can be connected to it will work. If you rebooted the router with the VPN enabled that could have potentially caused it, in which case a factory reset would fix it, otherwise all I can go off there is the log generated

Thanks for your persistence, they are having a bit of trouble getting it supported but they'll go over your captures again and see if they can get it done. We may need some more captures if that's alright? Should be fine for now but will let you know if that would be helpful
