  1. Added to the beta section. The beta firmware has been removed temporarily.
  2. We're aware Ping Optimizer isn't working 100% of the time currently and are looking into it. In the meantime you can adjust Congestion Control manually to achieve the same effects. How isn't the Geo-Filter working properly exactly?
  3. Not sure what that means exactly but someone mentioned covering Japan & the server you want to play on works
  4. They are counteracting VPNs now, part of that will be detecting abnormally high pings so you could be getting classed as using a VPN and being prevented from joining those servers
  5. Do this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client It should work better then. Are you trying to force servers really far away though? If so you're likely hitting their ping limit which is why you can't connect.
  6. It's not a "buggy mess", DMZ passes ALL traffic through to that device, therefore you can't then make a port forwarding rule to tell the router to do the opposite of the DMZ. You can't port forward 1 port for multiple devices, that's why it mentions the overlap. You should NEVER put your PC in the DMZ, this is a huge security risk. NAT just determines who you're able to connect to, as most games are server based it's less of a concern for it to be Open. If you're playing with friends then as long as they are open you can connect to each other.
  7. Updating the server list wouldn't make it easier to play - what is the issue you're having?
  8. That is odd, I've not heard of that happening before, could you provide the ID for it when it appears to be allowed please?
  9. If that's the case then the player pool is already smaller at a higher level, then by restricting the available servers you're further limiting the amount of games so that makes sense. You may need to expand your radius to cover a few more servers. It may be an authentication server
  10. Are you enabling the Geo-Filter prior to booting up the game/console?
  11. If you have the game/client already open/in the system tray before you enable the Geo-Filter then it won't filter correctly
  12. You can see it where you took your first screenshot
  13. Yes you've got that correct so you're safe to do that
  14. Thank you I'll pass it on!
  15. Okay thank you, I'll have to ask the team if they've missed the R1 in the cloud update and will get them to update it next week
  16. Device only for PC, for console device/gaming will work
  17. Where are you located approximately? What platform are you playing on?
  18. For the WiFi card: Right-click on the Network/WiFi Windows Network Icon on the PC on the bottom-right hand side of your screen Open Network and Sharing Center. Click Change Adapter Settings. Right-click your connection and go to Properties. Uncheck the box next to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) to disable it. Then try accessing via WiFi please
  19. We're updating the CoD service next week with a cloud update, for now prioritize the device to effectively prioritize it.
  20. I think you need to enter the DNS they give you like they mention in their console guides
  21. Does it work with the VPN disabled & Geo-Filter disabled VPN disabled & Geo-Filter enabled VPN enabled & Geo-Filter disabled
  22. Okay thanks, I'll come back to you
