  1. Unfortunately we don't have any control over individual country policies or couriers when it comes to this, from what we're aware no customs should be charged within the EU. You'll need to direct DPD to return the package to us and then we can process the refund, we can't cancel it for you
  2. Glad to hear its sorted, thanks for the update
  3. Set the passthrough lease to 7 days instead of 10 minutes and see if that works better then please
  4. Reboot the router and try re-adding it please
  5. Do keep us updated and do continue to fine tune Congestion Control and see how you get on
  6. I have expedited for some information but haven't received anything yet. I've messaged our account manager directly to get some info and will come back to you when I know more. How much are the customs fees they're asking for?
  7. The above isn't your issue, you have plenty of bandwidth. Are any other devices in use when you're playing?
  8. You're creating an encrypted tunnel between the device and the game server that we can't read - if we could then it wouldn't be very secure or a VPN - so that's why the Geo-Filter isn't working with it. What you want to do wouldn't work. The VPN on its own you can connect to but as the game is actively working against them it may not work very well. If the Geo isn't working with VPN disabled that will be an easy fix we can sort out if you'd like to continue troubleshooting. Speeds are a common starting issue/question so I'm sure we can sort that also. Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll provide return instructions - it's 30 days from the day you received it for a refund/return.
  9. If you try accessing 192.168.1.1 on another device does it work?
  10. Was there a device added to the Geo-Filter that you deleted from the Device Manager or had a device added to the Geo but then renamed it on the Device Manager etc?
  11. The IP the R3 gets from the ISP router as static/reserved yes - you should see this in the device list on your ISP router or you can check the WAN page on the R3 for it. Then put that IP you've set in passthrough and you're good to go - perhaps when done reboot the R3 from the interface and wait 4 minutes so it takes properly.
  12. Reset bandwidth allocation, gaming barely uses any and that won't be making it use more. How did you set Traffic Prioritization? Are ALL devices connected to the XR? Looks like you'll need to keep fine tuning the Congestion Control percentages to get a better result there
  13. Can you bypass the dongle and connect directly via ethernet to the router and see what speeds you get?
  14. I don't recall anything like that being the case but thanks for the report, we'll have a look
  15. Don't change the MAC address on the R3, leave it as is. Set the R3 IP it gets on the ATT as static/reserved, then put it in passthrough and you won't get the issue anymore.
  16. Is the router definitely rebooting or are you just losing connection? We are aware of an issue with it disconnecting when using PPPoE. How are you determining it is rebooting exactly?
  17. It's safe to put the XR in the exposed host option on the fritz as the XR has its own firewall. How did you setup QoS exactly?
  18. So wireless 10.0.0.1 doesn't work?
  19. Great to hear that, thanks for the update, keep us posted!
  20. Use a different browser, does it work then? It is case sensitive
  21. I've already let the team know, we'll get it updated, thanks for the report
  22. You don't put the ISP router address in the XR DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the XR system information page and put that in the DMZ on your ISP router
  23. I don't know what you mean by "The 152 being the DMZ / Yellow internet port" but I think it's probably the use of the pihole that is causing it to be honest, if you re-enable DHCP on the router and keep the default DNS does it work then? There isn't a specific URL to bypass the auth and get you straight in if that's what you mean
  24. No there isn't a way to do that specifically, you'd either have to disable share excess and have every device hard limited to the bandwidth left over or specifically give out bandwidths to each device as a hard limit out of your total available bandwidth
