Not sure when it'll be public but I've sent you a PM with it. The modem should DMZ the R3 yes which is fine as the R3 has its own firewall and then yes that's right you could DMZ the console or port forward on the R3 to get an Open NAT

It looks like you've double up on the <ca> portion of the config, remove the second whole block and it should connect after that

It doesn't have to be top priority but yes setting it as a priority is likely to help with that situation. Is the R3 in the DMZ on your ISP modem/router if applicable?

What is happening on the network at the time of these tests? Are you using SmartBOOST/Congestion Control at the time?

Filtra utilizzando il ping anziché le posizioni dei server e quindi può essere più efficace e permettere di filtrare i giochi che normalmente non possono essere filtrati.

Cosa intendi per "lo riconosce in parte"? L'ottimizzazione del ping al momento non è affidabile al 100% ed è qualcosa su cui stiamo lavorando. È possibile impostare il controllo della congestione manualmente in Ping Optimizer > Controllo della congestione. - .21 just fixes VLAN, it's the only change, it hasn't been fully tested so is being supplied manually to those with the VLAN issue

What is your physical setup? How is your ISP modem/router setup? Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Are you using Congestion Control at all?

Are you seeing it show traffic for the console in Network Activity?

Have you adjusted Congestion Control at all as that will help in this situation. It can be found in Ping Optimizer > Advanced

What are you seeing when you try to access the interface?

There is but all it does is fix VLAN and hasn't been thoroughly tested yet

Could you disable Steady Ping on the Geo-Filter page by clicking it at the top of the page please and see if that works?

Have you previously had access and completed the Setup Wizard? Did this happen after doing anything specific?
