  1. Ah that's very good to hear, thank you for the update. Meanwhile I have let the team know about the issue so they can take a look.
  2. As in you looked in the network settings on the Eero?
  3. Ti ho inviato un messaggio privato. Is it showing as .sig when you select it to upload to the router?
  4. Ah okay you could use PPPoE on the R3 then and receive your full speeds
  5. Gotcha thank you, we are aware of some issues there and will get that sorted
  6. Give TFTP a try, it installs the firmware before the boot process and therefore resolves any issues found there, let us know how you get on
  7. ¿Apareció en el mapa en esa ubicación y tenía el ping que esperarías para el servidor español?
  8. You still need to do that
  9. Okay that's great to hear, thank you for the update
  10. Good point about the reserved IPs being out of order, I'll definitely pass that onto the team. Glad to hear it's working now, if it does happen again please get the logs from Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced > System logs and we can see what may be happening
  11. Do you have a browser based Adblocker that could be blocking ads on the page potentially?
  12. In theory yes that should work fine
  13. As above! We'll be focusing on ensuring DumaOS 4 is as stable as possible before we begin porting it
  14. Thank you @cedric108 it does look like the same issue as the OP, thank you for the reproducible steps, I will pass it onto the team to look at ASAP!
  15. @Deasha I have sent you a PM, could you let me know if that helps please? Thank you for the reports everyone, I have passed it onto the team and we'll be looking at it asap, could you all tell me the firmware version you're currently on as well please?
  16. Firstly thank you very much for identifying the issue and providing easy to follow reproduceable steps, this really helps the development team identify the issue quickly and speeds up a potential fix, I will certainly pass this on to them as well as the other topic you mentioned. Just as a test, could you make traffic rules for the affected devices to allow ALL traffic to them and see if they work the way you want them to then please?
  17. Okay thank you for the report, if you use the DMZ for the PS5 does that work at all?
  18. Como el enrutador se ha actualizado automáticamente, puede ser mejor realizar un restablecimiento de fábrica. ¿Podrías probar esto y ver si funciona como se esperaba después de eso, por favor?
  19. Did you disable SmartBOOST from the fully? As it seems like it could be something like SmartBOOST allocating bandwidth/prioritizing elsewhere resulting in these brief spikes
  20. Sorry to hear that but I do understand your concerns, WiFi is something we'll be focusing more on to improve. We'll be putting out quite a lot of bug fixes in the new year so it will become a lot more stable, perhaps in the future if your concerns have been resolved you could revisit it.
  21. I'm not sure if the team will be implementing this again - there is usually good reason when a feature has been removed rather than ported over. I will pass it on though and see if it's something we can add in future. Glad you're enjoying it!
  22. Re-sent to both of you
  23. Do you know if you require anything specific to get internet such as PPPoE, VLAN, DHCP identifiers etc?
  24. Exactly as above, let us know how you get on!
  25. Try this: client dev tun remote us-la.vpnunlimitedapp.com proto udp reneg-sec 0 persist-tun persist-key ping 5 nobind allow-compression no remote-cert-tls server auth-nocache route-metric 1 cipher AES-256-CBC auth sha512 <ca> -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- <redacted> -----END CERTIFICATE----- </ca> <cert> -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- <redacted> -----END CERTIFICATE----- </cert> <key> -----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY----- <redacted> -----END PRIVATE KEY----- </key>
