Some websites taking an age to load
Netduma Fraser replied to DanologyUK's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Ah that's very good to hear, thank you for the update. Meanwhile I have let the team know about the issue so they can take a look. -
Can't connect Netduma r3 via PPPoe
Netduma Fraser replied to liolio2277's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Ti ho inviato un messaggio privato. Is it showing as .sig when you select it to upload to the router? -
Ah okay you could use PPPoE on the R3 then and receive your full speeds
-
Gotcha thank you, we are aware of some issues there and will get that sorted

DumaOS is not running! XR450
Netduma Fraser replied to raze42's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Give TFTP a try, it installs the firmware before the boot process and therefore resolves any issues found there, let us know how you get on -

Netduma Fraser replied to Carlosrozada's topic in Call of Duty Support
¿Apareció en el mapa en esa ubicación y tenía el ping que esperarías para el servidor español? -

Do you have a browser based Adblocker that could be blocking ads on the page potentially? -
Not recieved it yet but seems there’s loads of issues
Netduma Fraser replied to sharpz44's topic in Netduma R3 Support
In theory yes that should work fine -
As above! We'll be focusing on ensuring DumaOS 4 is as stable as possible before we begin porting it

Thank you @cedric108 it does look like the same issue as the OP, thank you for the reproducible steps, I will pass it onto the team to look at ASAP!

Issues with R3 connecting to home pods
Netduma Fraser replied to Deasha's topic in Community Discussion
@Deasha I have sent you a PM, could you let me know if that helps please? Thank you for the reports everyone, I have passed it onto the team and we'll be looking at it asap, could you all tell me the firmware version you're currently on as well please? -
Firstly thank you very much for identifying the issue and providing easy to follow reproduceable steps, this really helps the development team identify the issue quickly and speeds up a potential fix, I will certainly pass this on to them as well as the other topic you mentioned. Just as a test, could you make traffic rules for the affected devices to allow ALL traffic to them and see if they work the way you want them to then please?
-
Okay thank you for the report, if you use the DMZ for the PS5 does that work at all?

Como el enrutador se ha actualizado automáticamente, puede ser mejor realizar un restablecimiento de fábrica. ¿Podrías probar esto y ver si funciona como se esperaba después de eso, por favor?

Worse jitter with R3 than ISP / XR1000 routers.
Netduma Fraser replied to m4rc3_AVL's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Did you disable SmartBOOST from the fully? As it seems like it could be something like SmartBOOST allocating bandwidth/prioritizing elsewhere resulting in these brief spikes -
XR500 to R3: Having Plenty of Issues
Netduma Fraser replied to Jones87's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Sorry to hear that but I do understand your concerns, WiFi is something we'll be focusing more on to improve. We'll be putting out quite a lot of bug fixes in the new year so it will become a lot more stable, perhaps in the future if your concerns have been resolved you could revisit it. -
Customizable Dashboard Would Be Sweet on DumaOS 4
Netduma Fraser replied to JamJoe's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I'm not sure if the team will be implementing this again - there is usually good reason when a feature has been removed rather than ported over. I will pass it on though and see if it's something we can add in future. Glad you're enjoying it! -

Re-sent to both of you -
Exactly as above, let us know how you get on!
