  1. It won't work for YouTube unfortunately - still something we're trying to work around but they serve ads in a different way which makes them harder to block. Normal website ads should still be blocked.
  2. What platform are you playing on specifically?
  3. Like with R2 Early Access I'm sure we will be doing that, pretty much anyone who signs up for that can have access to it and I suspect it will be the same for DumaOS 4 but right now we don't have a beta available. No, we'll be updating guides and providing videos on the features. The state of the firmware is still quite fluid at the moment so once it hits launch and we have a better idea of what will be present we can get that out. There's a very slim chance you won't receive it by Xmas, we just don't want to promise that it will be delivered by then. Could you email [email protected] please and we can get you sorted Dovresti riceverlo entro Natale, riceverai un'e-mail di tracciamento quando verrà spedito
  4. Hybrid VPN is currently being optimised for the Netduma R3 and we were not able to get it ready in time for the launch firmware. It will be ready very soon - please use this thread to ask about any questions or concerns you have about this. Thanks, The Netduma Team
  5. If the service for the game is out of date it may not filter as well. Switching it to a PlayStation allows it to be filtered well in that scenario
  6. If you're keeping the app open for a long time it could be timing out because you need to authenticate again which makes sense - NG set the timeout
  7. Is the wifi disconnecting, even just briefly? How long is the app open before it disconnects?
  8. Yes it does but you can change it as with the R2
  9. There shouldn't be any cause for it on our side not appearing at all. I know you tried it but could you try these steps again please? (I've ammended it slightly) Quit the application/game/client completely including battle.net from the PC system tray Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client I'll pass it on thanks! That would be helpful cheers!
  10. Did it work until an app update by any chance? No worries! Do you get an error when you get disconnected? Good choice!
  11. Has it ever worked for you? If not it might be because it's not on DumaOS 3.3 yet (coming soon), I'll check with the team if that is the cause
  12. Per Benchmark, per il test ping e ping sotto carico viene utilizzato il server di Google: esegue il ping di Google
  13. Check the IP of your PC in your PC network settings then check on the Device Manager for the device you think is the PC, do the IPs match?
  14. Stiamo ancora migliorando i risultati lì, utilizza anche i server di Google che potrebbero comportarsi diversamente. Se stai ottenendo buoni risultati altrove, puoi ignorare il benchmark.
  15. That's how it should appear when adding a console and that will be it being applied to the console. Do NOT VPN these services with no services added means it's applying to the entire device. If you add a service it will apply to the entire device except that service.
  16. Could you clarify what you mean exactly?
  17. Instead of allowing it to auto select the router, specifically choose the Nighthawk option and see if you can then login please
  18. Follow the steps from the first post in the link above and that'll get you updated to the beta
  19. Its in the first post of this topic
  20. I'd suggest using the method above to upgrade to this firmware: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ which is the very latest, let us know how you get on.
  21. Yep I've let the team know to run an update
  22. We've actually done away with the requirement to factory reset on the latest firmwares in Early Access, if you notice we don't mention to do so after the upgrade anymore. It should no longer be necessary to do so. We don't have a feature for that at the moment but it's been requested before so quite possible it will come in future. If all goes to plan, you will! You're welcome, glad to see you're so excited!
  23. The R3, there isn't a beta for DumaOS 4 on the R2 yet and no need for more beta tests on the R3 now launch is so close. I'm sure we'll provide some beta firmware for the R3 after launch
  24. You're very welcome, thank you for the kind words!
  25. You'll definitely need a reboot for that. Otherwise, access routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm and re-install the firmware version you're on, close the tab, wait 4 minutes then access. What firmware version are you on?
