What is the model of the ONT that the XR is connected to? Do you know if you have a dynamic public IP and if so do you know how often it changes?

If you have a look at stats for nerds on the SmartBOOST page when playing does it show any ports the game is using at the time?

If it was open with the DMZ then it can be opened, have you made any other port forwarding rules or traffic rules, static routes etc?

What IP are you using? Yes but what are you seeing specifically, an error for example?

It won't show the name you have given it, that is more just for you to be able to tell what is what in the deny list. If you're connecting to a server you have denied you'd see this at the top when pinging it. If you don't see that then it's not the server you denied and will be another server in the same location. The IDs won't match.

Have you tried the .41 firmware to see if it works on that one?

It could be because you have it in the DMZ, remove it then see if it happens again

Okay then it may be fine, once in a game you should see an icon within your radius

Is it actually Overwatch the game that you're playing? As I'm not sure it works with filtering anymore.
