  1. On the modem/router ensure it's in modem or bridge mode or my personal favorite, copying the WAN IP from the R3 Settings > WAN page and then entering that in the DMZ on your modem. That will allow all traffic to flow directly to the R3.
  2. If you can provide the ID for it we can get that moved to the correct position. IP location is a hard beast to master, IP blocks get bought and sold, completely changing location etc.
  3. Been fixed in what sense? I don't think anyone has mentioned they're broken?
  4. Okay great, its the issue we're aware of then, we'll get that fixed
  5. Yes I imagine we will do a beta for it
  6. On the front page of the app where you can login, choose router type > add > XR1000 > Connect Manually. We are aware of an issue where XR1000 users are unable to access the app so if that doesn't work that'll be why. We're looking into it.
  7. No need to apologize, trust me I've been doing this a long time now and try not to take anything personally (I mean I didn't create the software after all!) and I've had people come across way worse than you did (didn't even notice it tbh!) and I know it's just because they're frustrated and that's what I'm here for to turn frustration into hopefully a solution that leaves everyone happy. Happy New Year!
  8. Thanks for letting us know, I've let the team know there are still issues with the Geo-Filter so they can look into it now they'll be back on Tuesday
  9. How do you have the ISP modem/router setup to allow an uninterrupted traffic flow to the R3? As that could be affecting your ability to ping
  10. That tick indicates it's an allowed server, do you have any servers in your allow list at all? No it shouldn't get you in a game at all if it doesn't adhere to your settings
  11. Sorry for the late reply, as you and others have mentioned there seems to be a higher/more unstable base ping when using the R3 that some people are experiencing. I've passed all my findings over to the team so they'll look into it as soon as they're back
  12. The above should work, let us know please
  13. How big is the difference between the Geo-Filter ping and the in game ping generally in a game?
  14. Okay thank you for the report, I will pass it onto the team. They'll be back tomorrow so we should start seeing some big updates
  15. In theory yes, as long as you know that it may apply more of the time than not
  16. Sent to you both, Happy New Year
  17. Glad to hear it's working better, if it isn't broken don't fix it as they say, wise to stay on the current firmware. New firmware will start arriving now the team will be back tomorrow so perhaps keep an eye out for one you feel is worth upgrading to
  18. So low latency traffic is something like gaming or web browsing, I believe that is what the warning is about, it could apply when you're not expecting it, e.g. browsing the web for example
  19. It should have an interface of its own where you can change settings, is there anything there you could change that allows it to work?
  20. Thanks for the clarification, it was but you can never truly tell what issues can arise until it's tested with people in different countries with different connections and setups. The team will get everything sorted. It's not a beta but sent in PM
  21. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  22. If you zoom out fully do you not see another icon?
  23. Steady Ping shouldn't depend on that at all, so that's very strange, I will pass that onto the team, it may actually be another issue we're aware of, we'll take a look! Sent
