Take the R3 out of the DMZ on the hub, then give the R3 a static IP (not route) so that the IP for the R3 is always the same, then put it in the DMZ. Reboot the hub, wait 2 minutes, reboot the R3, wait 2 minutes then check if that works please
-
What firmware version are you on currently? You might need to upgrade to https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/ in order to save the credentials

On SmartBOOST go to Settings ( ) > Settings and double check it is definitely enabled. Then go back to the menu > Favorites/Primary Profile > Click the line icon top right then reserve 5Mbps bandwidth for the game or for ports 1024 - 65535 source and destination, tcp & udp and then play and see if it is better please

It's in Ping Optimizer > Advanced. That looks fine, can you show what it looks like when you have the saturated traffic and gaming at the same time? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
-
Could you disable Speed Test Bypass and also provide a screenshot of your SmartBOOST page please? Have you put anything in the DMZ?
-
Aright I'll take a look thanks
-
We haven't determined if that is the issue, did you try disabling IPv6?
-
Which servers specifically are these 2 IDs for?

Insta death (shooters) and slow gameplay (on eafc)

What are your Congestion Control/SmartBOOST/Geo-Filter settings? What is your ping as shown by the Geo-Filter and in game? -
Could you provide the IDs of any icons you see on the map when you're connecting outside the radius please? Make sure to zoom out fully
-
It is generally a good idea to do so but not necessary. What firmware version are you on currently?
-
Not really an easy one, both of those didn't have QoS working correctly with PPPoE. I don't know that it is that but its a potential. You can refer to netduma.com/terms for those details
-
Do you have anything denied in your list at all?
-
Okay keep us posted! Otherwise it might be due to PPPoE
-
As above, if your PC for example has an MTU set at 1500 it's still going to use that. You can use netsh interface ipv4 show subinterface in command prompt to check what MTU your PC is using (likely 1500 by default). What is your use case out of interest?
-
Are you using PPPoE/VLAN/IPv6 or DHCP Identifiers? If you disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN do the percentages then take affect?
-
Could you provide the ID of the server from the Geo-Filter please? Then we can take a look at what is happening
-
Make sure the console uses automatic network settings so it's not using the DNS you've set on the console itself and see if it works then please

Warzone Geofilter not working
Netduma Fraser replied to JustLikeThat86's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Try this: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple mode instead of custom Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. -
As above that is the latest currently
-
Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
-
Is it showing with a white circle around it indicating it has been allowed? What is your ping showing in game when this happens?
-
Also check your ISP modem/router, if that has a conflicting MTU you should set it as the same
-
Looks like the IP there is cut off, I suspect if you edit or view it on a PC the IP will be the same. Change your DNS on the router to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 and see if that helps please
