  1. Could you provide a screenshot of the Port Forwarding rules you've done please?
  2. With new updates backend and frontend aspects can change so settings that may have worked on a previous version may need to be tweaked, for example people are having better bufferbloat scores with higher percentages than before
  3. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. To force servers: Strict Enabled Fast Mode disabled Ping Assist 0 You can still use a VPN if it matches the Geo-Filter location you're forcing.
  4. Ah okay, I mean I would recommend a factory reset to be honest after updating to the latest as it will be a big jump and it shouldn't take long to do the settings again. As above it's also not a good idea to restore settings from a previous update. You don't have to change the DHCP settings.
  5. I don't think it's ports or anything like that. It's an issue we fixed previously that has regressed, it will require an update to fix
  6. Exactly as above!
  7. As above, for future reference the firmware is generally always pinned to the top of the relevant support section
  8. Good advice above, just make sure you factory reset after the upgrade has completed
  9. No UPnP does it automatically, do you see any entries on the UPnP table when playing?
  10. As mentioned in the firmware topic, not everything will have been fixed, only what was mentioned in the change log, we're still working on the other aspects that have been reported so far. More fixes will be coming.
  11. If it was DHCP WiFi devices would go off also, could you provide the logs from Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced please if it happens again?
  12. Check the IP on the PC itself, then check the IP on the Device Manager for the device you think it is, do the IPs match? It's unlikely after the 3.3 update that there will be any more features made, primarily bug fixes
  13. Upgrade again, then reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes, reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes and see if you get internet then. Do you have speed test bypass enabled/disabled? There is an issue on PC & Xbox that we know of for Fortnite preventing logging into the game so it could be related potentially, do you experience it on any other game?
  14. That's great to hear, we're sure you'll love it!
  15. Well to be fair they had less than 24 hours to try it, I released it earlier than we would have usually due to growing impatience for the update. We know exactly what the issue is at we previously fixed it so won't take long to resolve.
  16. I'll get the team to push another update
  17. Okay good to know, the team are aware that more work needs to be done on it so probably one of the next firmware versions it'll be improved
  18. As in for Ping Heatmap? I'll get the team to do a cloud update for it
  19. DumaOS Classified Games should take care of it but if not you can just add the PS5 to Traffic Prioritization with the Games Console service
  20. Thanks, I'll pass it onto the team. For expert it's the target ping so this should be set to a little above what your average ping is, as you have it set to below your average this is probably why
  21. It's under Prioritized Traffic, shown under automatic allocation. Okay so it is prioritizing then, we just need to get the counter on the dashboard fixed. Using this guide while saturating your connection with downloads and experimenting with the percentages would allow you to reach the best results. https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping
  22. Mobile games cause that gaming activity counter to increase? Have you made any port forwarding rules for the console or put it in the DMZ etc?
  23. Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _ You're going to get different results using WiFi as the test works based off the device so best to do it from a wired PC if possible
  24. Have you ever been able to get IPv6 working on the R3 so far?
