  1. That could be contributing
  2. I mentioned two things: Do the test you have already done while directly connected to the modem Check if you get an Open NAT directly connected to the modem
  3. How have you set the ISP modem though to allow you an Open NAT? You will need to do modem/bridge mode or put the R3 in its DMZ
  4. Potentially, it really depends where the servers are in relation to each other
  5. Is the ID for it the one in your screenshot?
  6. It cannot go below 50% currently, I will see if the team can change it for one of the next versions
  7. We're not giving out any ETAs, I made that mistake a few weeks ago. Rest assured new firmware is being worked on and won't be long until there is another with further improvements
  8. Reboot the router then attempt the upgrade and it should work
  9. I won't be giving any ETA on firmware but we're working on it. Not currently no, it's on the list so may be added in future
  10. If they are being used then you would connect to a relay server and then through that you would be connected to the game server. One potential reason to do this would be to protect the IP address of the game server from people who may launch a DDoS attack on it for example.
  11. Probably in the next firmware!
  12. Does the ping in game show the same/similar to the ping shown on the Geo-Filter for the server in the UK?
  13. If you don't get the issue with the XR1000 disconnected then it may not be an R3 issue
  14. What game is it you're playing exactly? Do you see it on every game?
  15. Do it directly from the modem, the IP on the modem in the picture doesn't match the ones from the command prompt. I could be wrong but they could also implement it at any time. Also see whether you get an Open NAT directly connected to the modem.
  16. Thanks for the offer! You can find that here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/149-netduma-r3-v4023/
  17. There is a free WiFi Analyzer on the Microsoft Store for Windows called WiFi Analyzer, this page will give you information on how to determine the results: https://matthafner.com/wifi-analyzer/help/graphs
  18. That looks like a CG-NAT to me, you see the 3rd hop, it's going to a completely different IP address before it goes to your public IP address. The only way to resolve it is to change to an ISP that doesn't use it or get a static public IP from your current provider but they may charge for it
  19. PM me your public IP address and I'll get the team to enable it tomorrow
  20. How does it not work exactly? Basically, it sounds as though instead of trying to see if you can connect before loading you in, it's doing the opposite, loading you in then attempting a connection but we can only block when that attempt is made
  21. Are you using Geo-Latency? If you disable that do you see the same issue?
  22. It is an authentication server required for online play, you are connected to the game in Spain
  23. Could you do the CG-NAT test at the bottom of this guide and see what the results are please? https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat
  24. On the XR1000 in AP mode you are limited to what can be changed but: Disable Smart Connect, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _ See if it is any better then
  25. Once it's available we'll make it public to those who want to try it before it gets pushed to routers
