  1. We are looking into it, it's a difficult one to resolve as we can't properly reproduce it. We will get there, keep an eye on the app store.
  2. Okay keep us posted! Sometimes you will just get bad servers that may be under load for example and there won't be anything you can do as the issue isn't on your side. Best thing is to add that server to your denied list and try another server.
  3. This might be a miscommunication between the app (using some aspects of DumaOS 4) and the modem (not using DumaOS 4) so I'll check with the team about that and get back to you but personally I would focus on what the main modem interface shows
  4. If you click on the router there does it give you any further information on the traffic used?
  5. How did you disable QoS exactly? Do you have speed test bypass enabled? If you connect a PC/laptop to the R3 and do a test on speedtest.net does it get full speeds? No for the restarting of the WAN connection
  6. It might be the maximum you can achieve on it with QoS enabled but in WAN Settings could you disable the port scan protection and set NAT to Open do you get faster then?
  7. Thanks for posting your solution, I will let the team know about it in case it is significant for the issue
  8. Thank you for the ID, I will get that added to the whitelist!
  9. Thanks for trying, the team will continue working on it for a new firmware
  10. I see the same messages but it's fine I believe. It's likely confusing what has been downloaded so far, rather than the live usage, if you look at Network Activity does it show the same sort of values?
  11. Okay that's better, if you set the download bandwidth on the router to 1000 do you get higher speeds then?
  12. What's the average ping on the Geo-Filter and in game you're seeing now? How stable is the ping is it spiking, if so by how much?
  13. Great thank you, I'll get that corrected
  14. How do you have the Geo-Filter setup exactly?
  15. When Geo-Latency is available for the R2 this wouldn't be a problem, you'll still be able to filter
  16. The R3 should be in the ISP router DMZ to get an Open NAT yes. You can then use port forwarding on DMZ on the R3 for your console, you don't need both, just one or the other
  17. I can see the WAN IP without going into the message, it's also the same as the IP on your post. I didn't hear back about them enabling it, I assume they didn't have the time. A new update will be coming soon though so hopefully it'll be more stable for you but I'll chase them to enable logging on Monday.
  18. Glad to hear it's working for you now! For anyone else do make a topic and we'll be happy to help
  19. You'll need to be the party leader to force servers effectively
  20. A haiku in response to yours: LEDs off, wait we must, Hybrid paths soon to adjust. Soon, firmware's new gust. Essentially, LED lights off has been requested but there are more important things we want to get sorted first. HybridVPN will be in the next firmware. Update will be coming soon
  21. Sounds like you've put a device in the DMZ on the R3 which will be why you're getting a port forward error, you can't do both. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN as that can help with the invalid issue.
  22. Potentially lag compensation could be negatively affecting you, in which case forcing servers slightly further away may benefit you. I'd suggest trying direct to your modem to see if you get the same, if you don't then it may indicate you need to fine tune QoS a bit more.
  23. Presumably you added them to your allow list? Were you the party leader?
