    Geo latency off, strict mode on. That should prevent from connecting to outside servers.

    I run 236 as well, it's been the most stable for me.

    Switch from "always on" to "low latency" when doing any large downloads.

    You adjust the slider’s controlling bandwidth percentage. And as you make the adjustments you then perform the wave form test on til you’re dialed in. Check your dm.

    You shouldn’t be using ping optimizer. Use congestion control.
