  1. As above have you made any manual network settings specifically on those devices? Can you see the devices on the router Device Manager?
  2. Are there other devices in your home connected to your ISP modem/router?
  3. Put Ping Assist to 0, otherwise it can/will find servers up to the 140ms you've put there to connect to
  4. The router can't impact other devices in that way, it simply provides them internet. The devices could be caching their IP from the router, in which case if you reboot each device you're having an issue with they should then work fine
  5. We will be yes, thank you for the request on this one! Always better to request a game so then we know what the demand is
  6. Have you adjusted Congestion Control at all? As that is the feature that will directly affect that result
  7. Different pages will use different resources so even try a test without the interface open at all. You're very welcome!
  8. Great to hear that, your speeds may fluctuate depending on the time of day as well due to ISP congestion so as it is late that's probably why its higher at the moment
  9. Much appreciated as always!
  10. I see you put the device in the DMZ as well, in which case all traffic is flowing through to the device and the firewall isn't a limiting factor either so definitely appears to be the max for you
  11. Thanks for the bump, I have asked the team to remove the ID from the cloud and to put out an update for it
  12. First I've heard of the above though could be it. However, were there any other devices using the internet at the time when the ping went up? Maybe someone started streaming or downloading for example
  13. I've passed on all the issues, we just have to wait for the dev team, there is nothing else I can do to push it forward. Shouldn't be too long before new firmware
  14. What do you see when you try to access the R3? If you use the DumaOS app are you able to access that way?
  15. First one is Chicago so that is correct, the ping you got, was that on the Geo-Filter and in game? Second one does look like Texas
  16. You don't need to keep creating topics/posts, one topic is enough and we'll get back to you when we can - it won't be instant responses. I have replied in your other topic, lets get that sorted first and we can move on to your other issues. Let's continue in the other one.
  17. I mean doing what you've done now, creating a topic is the fastest way to get support. Do you have access to the R3? If so on the WAN page is it getting an IP address/does it say connected? Does the modem show it as a connected/attached device? In most scenarios if you reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes internet should be restored.
  18. Could you provide the ID of the server when you see that happen please and the city you're in? Then I can check whether it may be a mislocated server
  19. You'd need to do the above to disable QoS properly, once you do that do you then get higher speeds on speedtest.net?
  20. Thanks for posting your experience with this, I will let the team know so they can take it into consideration
  21. Support is conducted via the forum not via PMs so you'll get much faster responses doing it this way. I can't see your screenshots, can you re-add them please?
  22. Thanks for the heads up, I will update it. Yes it's not what we suggested to them to happen but we'll get it out as soon as we can
  23. It has been requested and we know it is popular so it's on our to do list!
  24. I'll add it to the list, thanks for the suggestion!
