  1. Yes there has been for a little while now, I've given you access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  2. The R2 has AC WiFi rather than AX WiFi on the R3, the hardware is better on the R3 but in terms of what you would notice that's the main hardware difference
  3. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  4. We don't sell the R2 anymore so you'd only be able to get it second hand, which means you wouldn't have any warranty with us in case anything went wrong so I'd suggest the R3 personally.
  5. It won't stabilize every single match that is normal so don't expect 100% reliability but we'll look into having it work more often if possible.
  6. There are no game servers in Switzerland so you won't get a game there, you'll need to cover another server. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  7. Nothing yet unfortunately but we're still trying
  8. So it's actually connecting outside the radius? What does the symbol for the server look like when you're connected to it?
  9. It shouldn't be putting you in servers far away but it might be blocking you from getting a game which we're looking into, they may be using proxies/relays which makes it more difficult
  10. No I don't think that would have affected it, what is the issue exactly?
  11. Move your home location/reduce the radius size so milan isn't included
  12. Realistically it shouldn't make any difference, the perceived difference should be minute at best but yes in theory that could be what is happening.
  13. Ah interesting, are you using PPPoE, VLAN or IPv6 by any chance? If so that's probably why, if you have the ISP modem/router handle that instead then QoS would work better.
  14. It would be better to make your own topic for this. In that topic, while connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results there please. It needs to be requested, you have access now
  15. If it doesn't work for you, it's not as simple as CoD to filter, seems they're using proxies/relays so may take longer to get working on our end.
  16. We're looking into currently - it's not as simple as CoD to filter, seems they're using proxies/relays so may take longer to get working.
  17. Try: Experiment with the widths Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _ Sounds weird but if it's close to a microwave that will cause it to disconnect
  18. Can you access properly using either of these links? http://192.168.1.1 or http://routerlogin.net
  19. There are many servers for just one location so adding one to your deny list won't be enough, you'd have to keep adding them, this is why it would be best to exclude the entire area from your radius instead
  20. Try Simple Mode instead of polygon, does it work better then?
  21. What is the area you're covering? Do you know there are definitely servers in that location?
