  1. Updates are put out all the time, we just don't always say when/it isn't always worth it. More games/applications will be coming soon
  2. If you uninstall the app then re-install it can you see the devices again?
  3. No you don't need to use the cable provided. Move it then reboot the Plusnet router, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R3, wait 2 minutes and you should get internet.
  4. You can see the ping to the server/player when you make a connection to it
  5. You can't combine them both, you can use one or the other. You still have to disable Share Excess for all devices/applications so you still can't do exactly what you want. No other features spring to mind other than the mobile app being much better with this.
  6. You can't know your opponents specifically before you start the game
  7. You haven't done anything wrong on your end. If you click on the Setup Wizard in Settings there just under Internet Setup, can you get it to recognize it at all?
  8. We'll probably test it but we don't generally provide support for games in their beta stage as the game is always subject to change. Once released we'll provide proper support.

  10. Pretty certain you'll need to open it then once opened on the taskbar you can then right click it to pin. I think if you right click and go to properties you can then change the icon - you'll probably need to download our logo from Twitter to do so

  14. If you give the XR1000 just a normal reboot does it work then?
  15. You could factory reset but no you can't backup. Easiest thing to do is go on all the pages and look for what is pinned (the pin is solid white instead of uncolored) and unpin them from their actual pages

  19. I'm not sure if we've tested any VR titles at all actually so I'll add them to the list!
  20. What web browser/device are you using to access?
  21. If you just connect your PC via ethernet directly to the wall do you get internet?
  22. Are you using Armor? Are you accessing using HTTPS or HTTP? Clear your browser cache/cookies and then load each page, it should be faster after that In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.

  24. Yes that's still the case on Early Access. In theory it should dynamically assign bandwidth based on need - if you set Congestion Control as well you should be good.
