Ah you're using torrents - on your torrent client make sure it just uses TCP and also disable DHT/uTp please and see if it makes a difference?

Are there any stats to go with this that I can work from? Very difficult for me to advise based on in game experience/feel.

It's quite unlikely a game update would cause any specific issues on the router itself. Likelihood is that it's still summer, more people online, the new beta is just around the corner so more people are jumping on to practice. Experiment forcing different servers, some may be under load.

The new fibrus hub, does it provide WiFi? If so switch to DHCP on the R2, apply, reboot, do you have internet then?

Not sure on that aspect yet but the router will definitely recognize it, we'll need to do some more testing

Okay can you provide another screenshot then please showing the map when you're getting a game outside the radius.

What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR?

Reboot the router, wait 4 minutes then attempt the upgrade again. If you're changing Geo-Filter settings while on the game you will need to reboot the game at the very least.

What isn't working on the Geo-Filter exactly? Are you not seeing servers? Servers outside the radius etc? Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely (including the game client from the System Tray) Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.

Did you set up the VPN with port rules?

I've just seen that we do/did have access to it and we're testing a big cloud update that will include it, once we're happy with it we'll incrementally push it out to routers.

19th is the soonest we could have sent it due to the weekend, the Monday it states would be the 5th working day but I get your disappointment, we send it as soon as possible and then it's up to the courier to deliver it within the time frame and sometimes it is towards the end of that estimate.

The attempts to ping are fine, it won't be causing any issues. I'd recommend you start by upgrading to the latest firmware (I've given you Early Access) https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56602-early-access-firmware-r3-dumaos-40266-geo-filter-20-improvements-and-country-selector/ which you may find beneficial as you can specifically select the countries you want to filter. If you could upload your PingPlotter results that would be great thanks - you don't have to stay with the Ping Optimizer recommended percentages or the 70% we suggest, it would be beneficial to experiment with the percentages to see what works best for your connection.

How long is it taking you to find a game there?

That's right yes - I'd expect that it could trigger if you're using Game Pass for example, it shouldn't unless you're actually doing the cloud part but I could understand how it could be misclassified that way. If you're watching YouTube or downloading something and it's showing that then that's definitely not right.
