  1. Could you clarify, is the issue that SmartBOOST doesn't allow you to add a game/service/device or that once you do you're getting lag? Could you provide more information about how you've tried to add it, what game/platform you're playing on, what ping you're getting, how you're using the Geo-Filter and Congestion Control etc.
  2. Glad to hear you were able to get connected in the end, let us know if you have any questions/issues and we'll be happy to help!
  3. If you've updated the firmware already you don't need to download it again - could you clarify?
  4. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  5. I don't use the Adblocker with custom lists or have kids personally so I don't have any specific recommendations. A quick google should provide some relevant results for your situation
  6. If you check the IP on the device itself then check the IP for the device you think it is on the Device Manager do they match? What do you mean by crashing exactly? If you make a support topic then we can help otherwise we don't know you're having the issues. What is the speed you pay for/expect, what are you receiving? How are you testing the speeds? Is this in game ping or somewhere else? How have you setup the Geo-Filter/SmartBOOST/Congestion Control?
  7. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  8. Is it the XR1000 you got? In which case both should eliminate it, they're based on the same software created by us. Best thing to do is to use both on their own and experiment with them and see what works best for you. It's worth noting that the software on the R3 is the latest and it won't be coming to the XR1000 and you won't get any new feature updates on the XR1000.
  9. We don't have full compatibility for the game with the Geo-Filter and it may not be possible but we're looking into it. There will be some updates for the game in the next firmware.
  10. We haven't made an update to fix it but we will be. Apparently from what I've been told: If you keep trying it then it can work, our estimates are that it works about 70% of the time so if it doesn't work first time there is a good chance it'll work again. Otherwise, it's quite possible depending on the device you're trying to use that it may not be compatible with WPS on the router.
  11. Providing logs for older firmware won't be very helpful, we'd need it on newer firmware as that will be the basis for new firmware going forward. If you could upgrade and then if it happens again please provide the upgrade. Also if you're happy to provide remote access for when it happens again we can take a look.
  12. Random disconnects? If you disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN does it continue to happen? Is this on the .219 firmware?
  13. Latest is here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/55635-new-r3-firmware-40219/
  14. Is this on the latest firmware? What platform are you playing on?
  15. I haven't tested personally so I'm not too sure tbh
  16. It really depends, speed tests can raise it, downloading cloud updates etc. It also may be attributing unknown traffic to it as well. If you're not encountering any issues I wouldn't worry about it too much.
  17. That is really peculiar then and doesn't make much sense to be honest, it seems as though you're being punished for not utilizing the connection - do you share your internet with a building or anything like that?
  18. That's exactly what would occur if they're mislocated, we'll be doing more work for the game that'll be included in the next firmware so should be better then
  19. Yes that's absolutely fine
  20. I can't see your picture, it's just black but in terms of the lag, how have you set Congestion Control/SmartBOOST?
  21. That's brilliant to hear, thanks for the update! I've let the team know you experienced better speeds with IPv6 disabled also.
  22. Okay that's good to know thank you - I will have to see if the team can reproduce this, thanks for the report!
  23. It's not available yet, when it is everyone can try it
  24. If you have a look at the top right of the interface or on the system information page it'll say V2 after the firmware version, if it doesn't say this you'll be on the standard version.
  25. There isn't any public access currently, it'll go into closed beta testing soon.
