  1. Yes you can do that
  2. Are you using switches/extenders to have the R3 connected to B/C or just very long ethernet cables? Does LAN show devices connected on the R3?
  3. ISP modem/router LAN port connected to R3 WAN/Internet Port. R3 LAN port to other router WAN/Internet port. Then put the other router in AP mode if it has it and that's all you need to do.
  4. Yes it sounds like it, if you cover them does that help? If you provide their IDs we can get them properly located
  5. Doesn't make any sense, what firmware version is the R3 on currently?
  6. Granted!
  7. Did you add the device to the Geo-Filter before you launched the game? Ping Optimizer relies on third party speed tests to provide results so may be they were out at the time. If you turn it on, wait 10 seconds before going back does it save then?
  8. Every time you get that high ping add the server to your deny list so you don't play on it again. Then after awhile you should have got them all and should have a more stable experience.
  9. Are you setting up the Geo-Filter before you launch the game/device?
  10. You both have access to Early Access already
  11. Everyone now has access. The ones that asked but didn't receive access - you did already have access - there are no notifications when you've been added. Just look on the main forum page and you'll see the section.
  12. How have you added the PC exactly? Does the IP on the PC itself match the IP shown on the device you think it is in the Device Manager?
  13. Download the file from the first post, access the router interface, go to Settings > Administration > Firmware Update and upload the file there
  14. The only thing I thought was the routing as well, I can't think of anything else that would affect it at all
  15. It is a support forum so you'll only see issues here! R3 will get better/more frequent updates than the XR1000 - the issues that people have mentioned are being fixed so probably by the time you received it they would be resolved.
  16. On the PC in Room B/C while connected via ethernet, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  17. Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _ You can connect another router to the R3 via ethernet yes.
  18. 192.168.1.1 = LAN IP used to access the EE Hub 192.168.77.1 = LAN IP used to access the R3 Both will be accessible while they are connected together. Have you accessed the R3 Setup Wizard? You will need to complete that to get internet.
  19. It does have at least two new features and it's quite extensively redesigned. If you want the latest and the warranty to go with it I'd suggest the R3 really.
  20. If you're having an issue please make a new topic and we'll be happy to help you there. Also as Fuzy mentioned.
  21. Could you clarify? It likely has many servers in lots of different countries
  22. I've just responded to you via email but the confirmation is likely in your junk/spam folder but I can confirm it has gone through with the correct address and you should have received a tracking email a few hours ago.
  23. As above we're based in the UK and we don't do any military discounts in this country
  24. Great thanks, I've asked Alex to have a look at the game/servers as I'm not too sure where the official servers are (until we get it on Heatmap!)
  25. I can't see why that would have done it - if you re-enable it does it work?
