  1. So the above screen is fixed when you disable your browser based Ablocker? Add the interface URL to it's whitelist and that will prevent it.
  2. I've given you Early Access, please try the firmware there to see if that resolves it: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  3. Okay great, could you grab the log when the disconnect happens please?
  4. Is it just the game you're getting disconnected from or is the console also losing internet? Are other devices losing internet at the same time?
  5. Ah that's great to hear! In terms of why it's connecting you that far away, do you have Geo-Latency enabled or did you change Geo settings while you were already on that game? I will do my best to but the updates are generally put out without much fan fare
  6. How have you set the fritz to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Have you entered your expected speeds into the R2? What are your Congestion Control settings?
  7. No that's the only one so far, the latest firmware will always be pinned to the top of the Early Access forum
  8. Yes that is the latest firmware, we've not produced any more versions for the R1. It will still work with the PS5 with that firmware.
  9. Sorry for the late reply, I've given you Early Access for you to try: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56955-new-early-access-firmware-r3-dumaos-40290-geo-filter-fix/ Which has a Geo-Filter fix that might help. If not we're testing a cloud update we can get you on to try.
  10. It's 192.168.1.1 for the Netgear routers - did you set that IP? Can you access via that IP?
  11. Yeah that's not something we'd help with really even if we knew how to do that as it isn't the purpose of the router. You both have an open NAT though so that will not be it.
  12. I don't have a full specific change log as there were a few internal builds between the two but I saw a small Geo-Filter fix for example. If you're really interested I can see if the team have a full change log but they made it awhile ago so may not have it readily available.
  13. Based on what I can see internally and based on the version number difference, I think it's just some bug fixes, no major changes
  14. No because it's a router, NAT Type 1 is equal to NAT Type 2 though. I play it occasionally but I know enough about it, what is it you're trying to achieve?
  15. Disabling Congestion Control would be the opposite of what I'd advise but if you've found something that works for you that's great!
  16. NAT Type 2 is Open, it just means you're connected behind a router. You can only get Type 1 connected directly to a modem but functionally there is no difference.
  17. Any settings/physical changes prior to it not working? What browser/device are you using to access the router? We've mentioned that MAC address to people, we haven't confirmed what issues it may or may not cause yet. I've given you Early Access, you can try the firmware there. https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  18. As above, definitely a big no no! You can do it for consoles however if you would like.
  19. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  20. Added You already have access https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  21. Good to hear, thanks for the update!
  22. It's .290 in Early Access - the latest is always pinned to the top of that sub forum. What do you mean resetting to default?
  23. Yes that's what it would mean and it would actually be the ideal setup to have all devices connected to the R3. Yes the alternative is using the DMZ on the modem, putting the R3 WAN IP (found in WAN Settings on the R3) into the DMZ function on your modem. That would keep the modem WiFi available for use while allowing an open NAT through the R3.
  24. Do NOT DMZ your PC, that is a major security risk, it's open to the internet, I would highly recommend you remove that immediately. By Twitch stream do you mean you're streaming your own gameplay or watching a twitch stream? Is it on the same device you're playing on? Have you set the correct speeds in the router? How do you have Congestion Control set? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
