  1. That's not my domain but we can't give out contact information that isn't public
  2. I think we tried before but as it could be done with a server browser there wasn't much need - is it more matchmaking now than server browser? I can have the team check again
  3. Any is fine, I usually say PlayStation out of habit. Yes that's correct, on the R3 it'll just add - that manual filter option is on the R2.
  4. I'll chase Alex to add it to heatmap
  5. I'll chase Alex to add it to heatmap but it's not required for you to be able to play on that server with the Geo-Filter
  6. It shouldn't do it by that much but perhaps it was using expert mode at the time which can increase it a lot. It's disabled by default in firmwares going forward due to people getting a higher ping and not understanding why.
  7. Unblock that server, it may be required for online play which is why you can't connect without it. I'm sure we've tested BF in the past though and it's not very easily filterable.
  8. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  9. Give it a factory reset and try again please, sometimes that is needed
  10. Did you do so while you were still on the game? If so you'll need to restart your device then try again
  11. Ping Assist needs to be set to 0
  12. By it's very nature it increases the ping to provide more stability
  13. Sorry for the delayed response, I've given you early access here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ where we've just posted a new firmware, could you try this and see if you notice a difference please?
  14. Very bizarre, any luck when disabling that option?
  15. Switch it to Always and see if it helps
  16. There is a more up to date version here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56107-new-r3-firmware-40236/ that I'd recommend you upgrade to as it may help. Copy the WAN IP on the R3 WAN page then enter that into your ISP router DMZ setting. Set Congestion Control to 70% for download and upload and using the Always mode and see if it's better after all those changes.
  17. What percentages are you using for Congestion Control and what mode is it on?
  18. That's slightly different, we're still looking into that, it seems a lot less common on the latest firmware but if when it happens you could record it using https://jam.dev that would be really helpful. Unplug it from the modem so just your PC and power are connected then do it again, what do you get? Try accessing as well at this time.
  19. What firmware version are you on currently? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. What speeds do you pay for/receive and have you entered those into the router? How do you have Congestion Control set? Do you still have access to the interface when it happens?
  20. No not specifically but this is the kind of thing Congestion Control should be stopping, how do you have this set? Also take off the NAS as a priority if it is added and make sure gaming/the gaming devices have been added.
  21. We don't give out ETAs, we're trying to get NG to release as soon as possible
  22. This has been requested before and is something we might implement in future. What changes would you be likely to save that would be different between them out of interest?
  23. It can work on games you're not specifically filtering/aren't able to be filtered yes. Normal web surfing no, it's kind of unnecessary for that and isn't a way to add it for that. It doesn't have a filter no, I'm sure we must have tested it and concluded it wasn't able to be filtered. I'll check on that, in the meantime, if you're on console it will apply to the game, if you're on PC, remove the device from the Geo-Filter, go to the Device Manager, change it to one of the console device types then re-add it to the Geo-Filter and it will apply to the game.
  24. Have you added your device to the Geo-Filter or any other features or made any specific rules on the router for this device?
  25. You can only use an ethernet (RJ45) cable to connect the R3 to the internet so you'll need to use a modem/router that connects via the connector you mentioned and then connect the R3 to that.
