  1. Thanks for the PM, I wouldn't be able to provide the information you asked for unfortunately. Have you factory reset since upgrading to the beta?
  2. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes, then hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface. Once you're in, I've given you Early Access so you can try this firmware for the disconnects: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56332-r3-disconnections/?do=findComment&comment=423952
  3. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  4. There are only a few games which we've found really don't like to be filtered so probably - that would be really helpful thanks! Glad you're liking it here, any questions/issues just ask!
  5. When you do a speed test on the router does that complete successfully? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to?
  6. As you've added your PC as a console, you just add it to the Geo-Filter and it will add with the console service, you don't then need to add any other games it will just filter any you then play (assuming the games can be filtered)
  7. Thank you, set a static IP on the PC with the following details IP address: 192.168.1.100 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.1.1 DNS: 192.168.1.1 If you're not sure how to do this, you can check this guide: https://kb.netgear.com/27476/How-do-I-set-a-static-IP-address-in-Windows then try accessing 192.168.77.1 please and see if it works.
  8. That's not how networking works, a game using more bandwidth doesn't speed up the gameplay - what the game uses is sufficient to run the game. The ping is what you want to be as low as possible.
  9. Are you seeing something blocked outside your radius when you try?
  10. It does look very fun! It is on the to-do list so hopefully we'll get it sorted soon
  11. Glad to hear that sorted it, you're very welcome and thanks for the kind words!
  12. Added In theory, I wouldn't have thought so no, however some people have let us know they're seeing issues specifically when the MAC has changed itself, we're still looking into it/verifying. Added you also.
  13. It is on there, uninstall the app then re-install it, do you see it then?
  14. The timing on the dashboard is incorrect, that will be fixed (it's not the timing not the detection) but the usage is accurate, you could use anywhere from 10 - 300MB per hour gaming, it's really not a lot. I couldn't say on the modem but could you PM me the MAC address shown on the sticker on the underside of your R3 please and I'll get the team to try something tomorrow that could help.
  15. That's all fine, it looks like you might be connecting using https, use these links specifically http://10.0.0.1 or http://routerlogin.net
  16. Are you having an issue at the same time as this? Otherwise it's nothing to be concerned with
  17. It'll be 10.0.0.1 then, see if it loads correctly then please - was there any changes prior to the error happening?
  18. It's very unlikely you're actually getting bufferbloat then but: I'd suggest testing with downloads while following: https://bit.ly/bufferbloat-test start with a high value e.g 95%, test, decrease 10%, test, decrease 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good, then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Important to note that Download/Upload on CC don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values. This is more of a real world test as you're actually doing traffic you would normally do.
  19. No I mean there just isn't the ability to prioritize ports on SmartBOOST - having the device added is more than enough. UPnP will only open what the game has requested, if you have an open NAT then you're good, no port issues.
  20. You can't prioritize ports specifically and it's not needed with the device itself being added
  21. Not heard of that before, so any new device that has never been connected to the router connects and everything goes down? Have you changed anything with DHCP at all? You still have warranty, you just wouldn't be able to return that late on
  22. Ah okay so they need to approve new devices, not often that happens but do keep us posted!
  23. A MAC address isn't case sensitive so you wouldn't need to change it in this scenario
  24. Have you accessed the R3 interface? It may be that it's reverted to the Setup Wizard for you to complete to get internet again.
  25. It really depends when you purchased but you're likely outside the return period, you can email [email protected] to query it further
