  1. We could have probably resolved that - unlikely to be that specifically that was the cause but no worries!
  2. You may not be able to get any higher but what is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to? You should set it to ensure all traffic flows to the R2. Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Disabling the protection options in WAN Settings may help. I've given you access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/ when on that interface to access QoS use http://192.168.77.1/desktop/webview.html
  3. I can't say for certain, the Settings are NGs domain but I doubt it will work and I've never seen anyone do so either. You'd need to use the two routers I think.
  4. That should be fine then, disable the Geo-Filter and then restart the game, if it's open then you can re-enable it and ignore the moderate reading from then on.
  5. As above, I'll pass it on so we can update the detection.
  6. Do keep in mind the purpose of the Geo-Filter is to allow you to get closer servers, not ones further away. Can you provide a screenshot of what you see when you're getting a game locally please?
  7. Exactly as above, you need to purchase a third party VPN subscription first to then obtain the files to use it on the router.
  8. Are you checking this in game? What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  9. It's always useful to have enabled to help cover any jitter/spikes as you can never know when they may occur. In your case using simple or expert set at 20ms would limit the increase in the ping while still receiving the benefits.
  10. Hello, thanks for purchasing, you should have received a tracking email today, did you receive this?
  11. Interesting, not sure I've seen it on the in built test as well, presumably when that happens you receive full speeds from your modem
  12. I'm not sure on the specifics about that, if you have the ISP modem/router handle PPPoE instead you should then get the full speeds through the router
  13. Set NAT to Open in WAN Settings - NAT Type 2 is Open by the way
  14. It is something we're looking into - where are you seeing this on the router speed test or third party tests or both?
  15. Looks like it's working there, blocking everything outside your radius - are you in a game actually playing in that last screenshot?
  16. It may work already but there is nothing specifically we can do to make a game work with that more often
  17. I'd recommend upgrading to the latest firmware first: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56107-new-r3-firmware-40236/ and then see if you have the same issue.
  18. We're waiting for NG to do that currently
  19. I have no idea, you'll need to contact your provider for that information
  20. Not that they're not used, they just don't always seem to be available, a lot of people have trouble consistently forcing those servers
  21. I'll chase Alex to get it added. Port Forwarding is generally only needed for NAT purposes, if you have an Open NAT it's unlikely to give you a better gameplay experience after port forwarding.
  22. Ahh I see, what you're experiencing is lag compensation, it's not always beneficial and it's always best to try and get a lower ping but in some cases it might help
  23. The Geo-Filter just shows you what connections have been made so the game at that time didn't ping those servers - you've also chosen the 3 hardest places to force as all those servers don't seem to be in use all the time
  24. If you require PPPoE for a connection then yes you need to input that into the router
  25. Ah gotcha, that'll be due to PPPoE unfortunately - it's something the team will look at boosting but it may be quite difficult. Have you tried the newest firmware we just posted to Early Access this week?
