  1. No it doesn't rely on it but it's part of the puzzle and it's not incorrect, I'll get the team to re-test the game
  2. You'd have to consult the eero manual about how to use it behind a router, we don't have specific support for mesh but I believe some people have used it. For WiFi try this: Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds, 2.4GHz for stability Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  3. Did it disconnect and restore itself within 5 minutes?
  4. I would assume you need to approve it/whitelist it on whatever that anti-virus is for it to appear on your box?
  5. You would need to take a backup from when you don't have the issue, otherwise doing a reset and then restoring a config from when you had the problem could just add it back. If you want to delete a device from the Device Manager just make sure it hasn't been added to Traffic Prioritization, if it has then delete it there first then delete it from the Device Manager.
  6. I don't believe so, we don't generally have a timeline on getting games added but we'll see what we can do
  7. Someone mentioned for a similar game that it wasn't appearing unless the game was using different ports, could you play and check Steady Ping > Stats over a few games and see if it uses different ports at all please?
  8. Check the IP on your device specifically and then match this with the device you think it is on the Device Manager, do the IPs match?
  9. Yes you should put your correct speeds in, your upload QoS will not work properly otherwise. What firmware version are you on currently?
  10. It would be better to post in the specific disconnect topic where you got the .291 firmware as that is where we have asked for feedback. Have you had the issue on .291 yet?
  11. It might mention it by MAC address but you'd then need to try and match it to one of your devices - however, if you have rebooted the log won't show anything and also given the length of time between the start of the post and now, even if you didn't reboot that information wouldn't be available anymore so the best recourse is a factory reset now.
  12. Potentially the ethernet cables you're using are faulty, swap them out with different ones and see if they work, otherwise it sounds like the physical ports may be damaged unfortunately.
  13. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing exactly please?
  14. Can you provide a screenshot of Settings > LAN when you see this issue happen please?
  15. You already have access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  16. What do you mean exactly? Port forwarding works but it wouldn't help with this
  17. Have you entered your correct speeds into the router? Are you using Congestion Control - if so how do you have this set?
  18. Okay so the router is filtering correctly then which means it won't be a problem on your side, it will just be that the Milan server is not always available to connect to. Have it in your radius but don't force it exclusively.
  19. This has been requested before, unfortunately it can't be an option on the router to disable it, it would have to be a completely separate firmware and we are planning on doing that
  20. Italian and Spanish servers seem to be the hardest to force - do you have the same issue if you try connecting to other servers with the radius?
  21. Thank you for the request, I'll add it to the list
  22. So if you check while actively playing it's not prioritizing at all? For example, it shouldn't prioritize when you're just in a game lobby but should when you're actually playing. Could you take the PS out of the DMZ then check if it's prioritizing better please? Could you also resync the cloud then grab the log from the troubleshooting page please?
  23. How so exactly? If it's connecting then the config is working, anything after that will be resolvable/due to the rules made
  24. It's likely that being an old gen of CoD that the service isn't as valid for it - we generally try to support that last 1-2 gens + current
