  1. They can say inactive that's fine, if you disable the Geo-Filter do you get the same issue?
  2. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  3. As in it is literally changing the server the game is hosted on throughout? That can happen with server migration, I didn't think it happened too much anymore but given the time of year it is possible they're doing that to shuffle the load between servers to keep a somewhat stable experience. I presume you haven't noticed that happen pre the last week or 2? Steady ping won't always be able to stabilize, especially if it can't ping the server
  4. It's normal, it's not a reason or indication why it's not working. It's likely a specific issue with the switch/it needs something specific to be enabled/disabled given all other devices are working on the router so it's very unlikely the router is doing anything specifically to prevent it connecting. There are a few suggestions here https://www.nintendo.com/en-gb/Support/Nintendo-Switch/Troubleshooting/The-Nintendo-Switch-Console-Cannot-Find-Your-Wireless-Network-1322533.html?srsltid=AfmBOor8KX2bGcivX-udRu0tRdxNFz9uwJFAw9jDwsXPOs64twrh72lP
  5. Yeah that is a conundrum as well tbh, something I will need to discuss with the team when they're back
  6. Don't have one of the consoles in the DMZ, that could be the issue. Disable the port forwards as well, just use UPnP and check if you get the same issue
  7. The white circle will be because you allowed it and then the triangle will be because Ping Assist blocked it. The most likely cause is there are a lot of servers in that location that are mislocated which it's trying to connect you first, with the IDs we can check and move if needed
  8. Disable Adblocker on the router and then try it again please
  9. It's not stuck or anything, it is connected to the router, just not the internet. There is an option in Advanced WiFi settings, PMF, could you toggle that and then try it again please. If it doesn't work, make sure you're connected to 2.4GHz and it's using WPA2 not WPA3 and try
  10. That's fair enough, it's there if you would like it, perhaps just monitor the topic for the moment
  11. I suspect it's trying to connect you to a server outside the radius when that happens - zoom out fully and check next time it happens, do you see anything blocked?
  12. Let us know if it happens again. You'll need to email [email protected] regarding that
  13. Glad to hear about the NAT! I can't think of any reason it would specifically block you from playing on a specific server unless there are any servers in your denied list or isn't in your radius etc. Could you let me know about any settings you've adjusted from their defaults?
  14. Do you have both consoles in the Geo-Filter or just one? Is it the party leader or the non party leader being kicked? Is the one being kicked the one in the Geo-Filter?
  15. There is an auto update function in Settings that will get you onto the latest. I've added you to the beta so you can try that if you wish. That message can occur if you have a browser based Adblocker enabled or you're using/the browser is forcing you to connect via HTTPS to the interface. Disable those and see if it happens without error.
  16. Added everyone that has asked so far. Please read the top post carefully before choosing to install: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57738-new-xr1000xr1000v2-beta-firmware-dumaos-33688/
  17. I'm not sure what that means but we can't provide cloud updates for specific firmware versions. It would also require the team to be available to do so which they won't be until new year unfortunately. Can you provide a screenshot of the error please?
  18. It can struggle to ping games sometimes as the game servers don't respond to pings so that is normal. For game pass though I would recommend the following: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works any better.
  19. You don't need to prioritize both - prioritizing on demand texture streaming essentially prioritizes a consistent download while playing and so it could result in a worse experience but as always experiment and find what works best for you
  20. I feel like the above has to be the solution as it doesn't make sense why only that specific program would be encountering the issue - if everything else works through the router then it indicates an issue elsewhere, i.e. the program or the PC
