  1. Thanks for the caps, much appreciated, I've passed them on!
  2. When it happens access the interface, go to Settings > Troubleshooting > Logs and download them then upload here
  3. Can you provide the entire log from the bottom of the System Information page after please? That entry is fine, no issues there
  4. That's bizarre! Just do automatic again then and grab the log from the router once you've connected it please
  5. Yes that's correct, switch to the activities on the right then look again at the centre when playing
  6. As you can probably tell, it's not been the easiest task just getting this update out Added
  7. You've added loads of 0s, they shouldn't be there, it has to be: IP Address - 192.168.77.100 Subnet - 255.255.255.0 Gateway - 192.168.77.1 Primary DNS - 192.168.77.1 Secondary DNS - 8.8.8.8 They may give you extra spaces but you do not need to utilize them
  8. Sorry I meant a screenshot of how you've set the manual network information. Use 8.8.8.8 instead for the secondary DNS
  9. You don't need a QR code for logging in, connect via WiFi, input http://192.168.1.1 into your web browser and complete the Setup Wizard
  10. If you've done all the above settings then it shouldn't be able to get past no, unless we've whitelisted a server incorrectly or they're relaying you through a server you can connect to which doesn't seem to be the case. Do you get the same issue still with the normal radius?
  11. Reboot the router and grab a screenshot of how it appears on the Switch - you can remove the second DNS
  12. It's perfectly safe to do so, the router does have a firewall. I'm not certain whether it will fix the issue or not until you try it.
  13. Added. No HybridVPN and DumaOS 4 features won't be coming to any of the XR range Added
  14. You get access to this subforum: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/ where you can download it from
  15. Use manual settings & set a static IP on the Switch with the following details IP address: 192.168.77.100 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.77.1 DNS: 192.168.77.1 please and see if it works.
  16. Nothing we can really do to combat that happening unfortunately. What platform are you playing on?
  17. Could you provide the logs from the router when it next happens please?
  18. I don't know about that but they'll have their terms that they think you must have broken. No worries, not sure if both consoles have Discord but that could be an alternative option
  19. On the switch, what details is it giving for the network, i.e. the IP etc? Can you provide a screenshot please?
  20. There is a big enable/disable button so I'm sure you're doing it right. In Settings > WAN, set NAT to Open and try again please
