  1. If you have the game/client already open/in the system tray before you enable the Geo-Filter then it won't filter correctly

Right-click your connection and go to Properties. Uncheck the box next to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) to disable it. Then try accessing via WiFi please

  16. That's right yes, add a rule for the device itself and see if that works
  17. If the speed fluctuates between 650 - 800 then enter 725 and that will be a good average, then don't change it and just experiment with the percentages that work best with that

  19. Can you provide a screenshot of the HybridVPN rule you've made to apply it to your device please? The game is actively trying to stop people using VPNs so if you're also trying to use the Geo-Filter at the same time it may not work

  21. Okay then yes enter the speeds you get from those sites, that way SmartBOOST/QoS will be more accurate and give you better results
  22. Thanks, I'm waiting to hear back on the logs, are you able to access via the phone app and enable remote support that way?
  23. Don't test the speeds on the router, test them on speedtest.net, what do you get from there with QoS fully disabled?
