  1. Are you able to access the interface on a PC when that happens?
  2. Can you think of any patten in your surroundings/network usage both times when it went off?
  3. I wouldn't think it'd run better with it off but the option is there for people, if that's what works best for them then great
  4. No there isn't you have to be connected to the router/behind it in order to access it
  5. Just to say, this isn't the purpose of the router so not something we can help you with specifically
  6. Yeah it's fine, in theory it could cause conflicts but never seen it do so
  7. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  8. You can downgrade back to this version, just download it from the first post and repeat the same process you used to upgrade
  9. Did you factory reset on RC10 then? You don't need to do that, just intermediary > rc10 > rc14 then you can reset. Are you accessing via ethernet or WiFi when it happens? Are you able to complete it using another device over ethernet?
  10. Okay make a new topic and post there whether other devices get internet and whether the R2 shows internet in WAN Settings
  11. SmartBOOST/Congestion Control (Ping Optimizer > Advanced)
  12. If the DHCP option isn't working just use the auto detect one and see if that works after a reboot
  13. I'd do the speed you reliably get from a wired speed test direct to your modem. Okay that's good otherwise, let us know how you get on
  14. You already have access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  15. Potentially, what do you see when trying to access?
  16. I would hope so yes. Yes you can use it for the PC and it will still prioritize your games
  17. I'm pretty sure it has a DHCPIPv6 option for the IPv6 connectivity, when you've selected and applied, reboot your modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the XR, wait 4 minutes then check
  18. Okay thanks, we must have removed it mistakenly, for the moment use the Games Console option and it will prioritize the game
  19. Go to IPv6 settings page and you can set it up there
  20. It will be different for everyone, the best thing to do is experiment with the settings and play games, monitor how it feels with this setting set in this specific way and adjust from there. The simple answer though really is as always, Geo-Filter to get the closest servers to you - Congestion Control at a level that eliminates any lag caused by all devices on the network being used. SmartBOOST prioritizing what you care about.
  21. Input the speed manually. Congestion Control on 100% isn't active, set to 70% at least and continue. SmartBOOST is set how exactly? You have a very good ping. The connection to the server has to be severed, if you deny one then restart the game or wait a few minutes before searching again and you won't play on it again. Do note there are multiple servers clustered in a single location, it does not block the location just a singular server in that location.
  22. No worries at all! I'd say if its not broken don't fix it, you've got it to a place that's working well for you, no need to risk it
