  1. Bienvenido al foro! ¿Podría desconectar el R2 de la alimentación durante diez minutos y luego volver a conectarlo y ver si puede arrancar correctamente?
  2. I don't appear to be able to view that screenshot, can you try attaching it again, or perhaps uploading it somewhere else and sending a link?
  3. So when you had all port prioritised from the PS5, QoS didn't seem to be throttling anything on it? If so, that's expected behaviour, but perhaps we need to make it clearer to users in the interface what effect prioritising like this will have.
  4. OK not to worry, thanks for letting us know. We'll stand-by until you've got the logs!
  5. Thank you, while we also discuss this internally, it does look as though we could optimise Congestion Control a little more to get those results even better. Could you perhaps experiment with adjusting the Congestion Control sliders down 5% at a time and run a Connection Benchmark test between each adjustment? This will show you which values give you the best results under load. In the meantime we'll also investigate if we can debug your issue even further to see if there's any issues under the hood.
  6. There doesn't appear to be anything in there that suggests a problem, apart from one feature not responding to a monitoring app. Although that feature shouldn't bare any relevance to a disconnection. It's worth also noting we're expecting to start testing a new XR1000 firmware soon, there have been multiple issues identified and resolved with the version you're running currently. I'll pass your logs on to a developer to see if they can see anything we can't.
  7. OK, if disabling Geo-filter doesn't make a difference, can you check whether with the VPN disabled you have Open NAT or Moderate NAT?
  8. @Daveshaw apologies if you've just experienced any interruption. I've accessed your R2, got it out of the state it was in and reflashed it with an older firmware. Apologies I had to use an older one, the method I used means I could not keep you on the latest. You can now access DumaOS again, complete the setup wizard and re-upgrade to the latest. I would do it for you but remote access has been disabled as the R2 has essentially fully reset. Let us know if you need anything else!
  9. Are you using Geo-filter? If you temporarily disable filtering mode in Geo-filter and reboot the console, is your NAT still strict? What's the make and model of your modem? Is it a modem/router combo or is it a pure modem with no Wi-Fi/routing capabilities?
  10. Welcome to the forum! It's not possible to SSH or telnet to the XR1000 I'm afraid. You should be able to see the debug page if you go to 192.168.1.1/debug.htm.
  11. That'd be really helpful, thank you. Can you think of any kind of activity or time during which these drop outs seem to occur? For example, are you gaming, working from home or streaming video content that may be prioritised through Network Priority at the time of the disconnections? Are there any other kind of patterns to the disconnections that you can think of?
  12. Hey, with the sliders in their current positions, could you please change Congestion Control to Always and run a Connection Benchmark test again? That should give us a more accurate reading of what your ping under load is like, we can then look at how we can optimise QoS to give the best experience possible for you in FIFA.
  13. Of course, we've noted down your name. Keep an eye on the home page of the forum to see if you've been added!
  14. Do matters change if you also add port 443? I suspect they may use that in finding out what your closest server is.
  15. That's what we're doing, it's not just a case of giving you the same file due to the aforementioned hardware change. It's negligible, the hardware affected is now replaced with an equivalent as far as I'm aware.
  16. I see, thanks for letting us know. I think in this scenario logs would really help us, if you can grab those next time the problem occurs, send them over and we can get a developer to look into it.
  18. Over the last few months, there were supply issues with the XR1000, meaning we had to quickly prepare new firmware for a slightly-modified hardware version. Now that's tested, we're expecting to receive and start testing an XR1000 firmware for current units (I.e the one you have ) within the next couple of weeks.
  19. We believe to have fixed it and are testing now, it should be fixed in the next app release!
  20. That peer connection in the US, is that once that you've whitelisted yourself. If so is there a reason? Remove it if not. Have you added anything else to the whitelist yourself?
  21. Not currently, can you go to System Information -> click the three-line menu in 'Installed Rapps' and set the number of retries to 5. Then reboot and see if the issue occurs again.
  22. What firmware version are you guys currently running? If you're on 3.2.453, you're up-to-date with the latest public firmware!
  23. Welcome to the forum! Thanks for all the information you've provided. On the first issue, are all devices disconnecting or is it just Wi-Fi devices disconnecting? Are you able to access the DumaOS interface from a device while the disconnection is occurring? Are there any log entries around the time of the disconnection? It's worth mentioning if the R2 reboots, the logs will be cleared, so you'll only see log information from the time of the disconnection if the R2 did not lose power during that time. On the second, that is a bit of a strange one. If you change the channel width, do you then see more channels? Even if you simply change it, then change it back? For the third, which kind of devices specifically are connecting to the R2 from the third room? Or are we talking about a mobile device that moves between rooms and simply doesn't receive great connectivity when in the third? Do you know if this device/devices are connecting to the 5GHz Wi-Fi or the 2.4?
  24. Check your the forum home page while you're logged in, if you've been added you'll see a section for Beta Testing and the NPG Beta Testing sub-forum there.
  25. Can you show a screenshot of what you see on your Geo-filter page when the issue is occurring? Make sure you're zoomed all the way out.
