  1. Welcome to the forum! Could you please create your own topic in this subforum: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/131-dumaos-on-netduma-r2-support/ Could you please include a screenshot of your Geo-filter page in your new post?
  2. Do you know if you need to enter PPPoE, VLAN or DHCP identifiers in order to get connected to the internet? If you haven't come across these terms before, it's likely you don't need them. To double check, do you have 'Share excess' enabled or disabled from the three-line menu in Bandwidth Allocation?
  3. Go to the forum home page, you should see a new sub-forum for NPG Early Access, you can find it's post there along with the install intructions.
  4. Thanks for letting us know. Have you added any customer whitelists, or is it just blacklists you've added?
  5. Are you using a VPN on any of these devices? If so, can you disable that and check if the ads are getting blocked then?
  6. Welcome to the forum! Sure thing, you should be added now.
  7. Could you try opening a web browser, hit F12, click 'Toggle Device Toolbar' or hit CTRL + SHIFT + M. From here, change dimensions to 'Responsive' and shape the page to look a bit like mobile view. Then, go to 192.168.77.1 in your URL bar and it should load the page to look like a mobile device. Can you test again and see if the graph populates data here? That will help us know if the app specifically is the problem, or if it's the firmware.
  8. It sounds like it's just rebooting itself rather than actually downgrading. You could try enabling remote access to tech support from Network Settings -> WAN and we can try force the downgrade remotely?
  9. Disconnect the R2 from power for ten minutes. After ten minutes, reconnect it and open an incognito/private window in your browser. Go to 192.168.77.1 in that window and see if the interface loads properly.
  10. Are you able to do a speedtest from a device that's connected to the XR via ethernet rather than via Wi-Fi?
  11. Thanks for this, there's clearly something going wrong in the logs. I've passed these over to the developers to debug, we'll get back to you when we've heard back.
  12. Thanks for posting! How do you currently have your Geo-filter setup? Could you possibly provide a screenshot? Where are you reading your ping? Are you checking in-game or are you checking in Geo-filter?
  13. Was this while actively playing a game? If you add your own custom rule for your gaming device and select 'Games console' as the service, do you then see the graph populating?
  14. Welcome to the forum! Could you please go to the DumaOS interface and go to Device Manager -> Click the three-line menu in the top left and switch to table view -> Then send over a screenshot of the 'Ports table'?
  15. Welcome to the forum! There isn't an Early Access firmware for the XR1000 just yet, however we'll be sure to post here on the forum if we're going to do an Early Access for it and request people to sign up!
  16. Generally they do, however Geo-filter doesn't show you the ping to each of those servers. That's why we still maintain Ping Heatmap.
  17. Thanks for letting us know, we'll go ahead and get that updated!
  18. It will still be quite useful in that case! I'd suggest following the below guide to get it setup. https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077073-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-qos
  19. Feel free to create a new topic and we can also help look into any problems you may be having!
  20. Could you please disconnect the R2 from power for ten minutes. After that, reconnect it and see if it's able to boot properly. Give it a couple of minutes before trying to access the DumaOS interface, are you able to login now?
  21. What's the make and model of your ISP modem? Are ALL devices connected to your XR1000?
  22. OK, so it's just the one device that's having problems then, correct? A packet capture may help, the issue with that is that you can't really leave that running consistently as it'll be massive.
  23. Do you know if your ISP uses IPv6? If so, can you disable it from your Settings temporarily and see if the problem continues?
  24. Apologies for not getting back to you, we've created a ticket for the team to replicate the issue in our test network and gather as much information on the issue as they can. We'll then give this to developers and see how simple of a fix it is. If it's straight forward I'll try get a dev to apply it to your router directly, if not it may need to come in the form of a firmware update.
  25. Thanks for letting us know @Mobel, I'll speak to the team and get them to update Ping Heatmap as it needs doing again. I'll also ask that they look into the locations of the servers to make sure they're accurate.
