  1. We received a notification over the weekend that we need to update them. We're just doing that now so you should see servers again in a couple of hours. Just click 'Resync cloud' from the three-line menu in Ping Heatmap in a couple of hours time.
  2. Can you double check the WAN IP of the R2 is still the same as the IP in the Sagecom DMZ? It may have changed since and you'll need to put the new IP in there. I'd also suggest reserving the IP address of the R2 from the Sagecom interface so it doesn't change in future.
  3. Oye, te he respondido en el otro tema que has creado para esto.

  8. Could you please try the following: Remove your device from Geo-filter If you're on PC, go to Device Manager and change your gaming PCs device type to Playstation. Go to Geo-filter, click the three-line menu in the top left and click 'Resync cloud' After this, re-add your device to Geo-filter. Select 'Choose manually' when prompted about picking a service. After this, try a couple of games and see if you're still getting issues. Let us know how you get on!
  9. Port forwarding is not what we're looking for here, it won't matter. Can you load up a game and check the DumaOS classified games rule while actively playing, is it detecting traffic?
  10. Can you not click OK to get it to go away? Out of interest, when was the last time you factory reset the R2?
  11. QoS is at it's best in these sort of scenarios! I'd also suggest making sure you've got Geo-filter setup optimally. Start by following these two guides and let us know how everything is feeling afterwards: https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077072-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-geo-filter https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077073-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-qos
  12. We're expecting to start testing the new firmware soon, there's been some delays due to the time of year. We'll keep the DumaOS firmware progress page updated each time there's new developments.
  13. Which firmware version are you on now? On the latest public release, 3.2.453, we fixed a bunch of bugs that caused behaviour like this and most users reported it was fixed.
  14. OK, I wouldn't worry too much about what you see in the logs, they're mostly just for developers to use when debugging. Sometimes the things you see in there can be misleading or worry you unnecessarily. We'll take a look at the logs and see if there's anything concerning in there.
  15. Welcome to the forum! What game are you playing out of interest? Can you load up a game and check the DumaOS classified games rule while actively playing, is it detecting traffic?
  16. Apologies I was not clear enough: Disconnect the Xbox ethernet cable Go to device manager and delete the xbox device Reconnect the xbox If that doesn't work, re-enable IPv6 from LAN and see if it can get a connection again.
  17. Can you disconnect it, delete it's device from device manager, then reconnect and it. Does it have internet access then? If not, if you re-enable IPv6 do you get internet access again?
  18. So the Xbox doesn't have an internet connection at all? How is it connected to the R2? Via wired or wireless?
  19. That's interesting, clearly a lot of people similarly curious too. Did you notice any issues with service/performance around the time this entry was logged? Or were you just curious?
  20. Could you temporarily completely disable QoS from the three-line menu in Congestion Control and run another Connection Benchmark test? What results do you see?
  21. Is it just for upload you're noticing this? What do you have the upload slider set to in Congestion Control? It may be that Connection Benchmark results are being affected by Congestion Control.
  22. That may just be a caching issue in your browser. If you clear your cache in your browser, do you still see tour pop-ups? If you're actually being DDoS'd it wouldn't be a case of someone remotely connecting to your network. It will just be a huge amount of traffic directed at you that's causing you to lose internet access.
  23. It looks as though it's re-assigning the same IP to your PC with DHCP, causing that one packet to fail. It makes sense that it would do this every 12 hours. Can you check Settings -> Setup -> LAN Setup and confirm that your PC definitely has that IP reserved for it?
  24. When you add a rule, I believe that's under an 'Advanced' section now.
  25. It wasn't, and as far as I'm aware they're still testing it. In the mean time we're getting to work on porting over all the stuff we fixed in that version for the slightly different hardware to the original version.
