  1. We received a notification over the weekend that we need to update them. We're just doing that now so you should see servers again in a couple of hours. Just click 'Resync cloud' from the three-line menu in Ping Heatmap in a couple of hours time.
  2. Can you double check the WAN IP of the R2 is still the same as the IP in the Sagecom DMZ? It may have changed since and you'll need to put the new IP in there. I'd also suggest reserving the IP address of the R2 from the Sagecom interface so it doesn't change in future.

  8. Could you please try the following: Remove your device from Geo-filter If you're on PC, go to Device Manager and change your gaming PCs device type to Playstation. Go to Geo-filter, click the three-line menu in the top left and click 'Resync cloud' After this, re-add your device to Geo-filter. Select 'Choose manually' when prompted about picking a service. After this, try a couple of games and see if you're still getting issues. Let us know how you get on!
  9. It must be something they've changed on their side to be more strict if the game client is unable to communicate with certain servers. If you've got strict mode disabled and your radius is big enough, I don't think there's much more you can do.
  10. Disable the top two rules for now please, then test with the new rule you've added enabled. Can you also please answer my questions on Geo-filter setup:
  11. Thanks for confirming. So when you're playing a game, can you see one server/peer icon on the map? That's about what we'd expect to see when you're playing a game. If so, what does Geo-filter say your ping is to that server, and what doing it say in-game? How similar are the two values? With QoS, what have you got in your Traffic Prioritization section? Have you left the default 'DumaOS classified games" rule enabled? Does it feel better if you disable that rule, then add your own one with the PS5 as the device and 'Games Console' selected as the device?
  12. Where do all your other devices connect to? If it's only a console that connects to the R2, DumaOS has no control over other traffic on the network. That would explain why your ping is high. If you connect ALL your devices through the R2, QoS will then be able to prioritise your games over anything else.
  13. Could you just confirm that you don't at any point receive this error when filtering mode is disabled? With Geo-filter enabled, are there any readings in game/on your console that suggest your NAT type is not open?
  14. Port forwarding is not what we're looking for here, it won't matter. Can you load up a game and check the DumaOS classified games rule while actively playing, is it detecting traffic?
  15. Right OK, thanks for letting me know. If you run into any further problems please do let us know.
  16. Nice! HybridVPN isn't on there currently and there aren't immediate plans to add it. However it's getting a big re-vamp soon so once that's done it might be added to Internet Optimiser in future!
  17. Can you not click OK to get it to go away? Out of interest, when was the last time you factory reset the R2?
  18. QoS is at it's best in these sort of scenarios! I'd also suggest making sure you've got Geo-filter setup optimally. Start by following these two guides and let us know how everything is feeling afterwards: https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077072-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-geo-filter https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077073-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-qos
  19. Welcome to the forum! Have you added your PS5 to Geo-filter ? If you haven't checked it out already, take a look at this article on getting the optimal setup for Geo-filter. DumaOS Optimal Settings Guide: Geo-Filter
  20. We're expecting to start testing the new firmware soon, there's been some delays due to the time of year. We'll keep the DumaOS firmware progress page updated each time there's new developments.
  21. Which firmware version are you on now? On the latest public release, 3.2.453, we fixed a bunch of bugs that caused behaviour like this and most users reported it was fixed.
  22. OK if you do upgrade to this firmware again let us know by creating a new topic and we can help troubleshoot it with you. We are also testing new firmware at the moment for the XR700 so it shouldn't be too long before we can release one with plenty of DumaOS fixes and features!
  23. OK, I wouldn't worry too much about what you see in the logs, they're mostly just for developers to use when debugging. Sometimes the things you see in there can be misleading or worry you unnecessarily. We'll take a look at the logs and see if there's anything concerning in there.
  24. To answer your points: Classified games is a pre-classified collection of games that DumaOS recognises and detects automatically. Adding the rule manually is useful for games that aren't in DumaOS classified games, although Call of Duty already is so you shouldn't notice any difference. Source can be left at 1-65535, then destination would be 3074-3074. If you've got QoS enabled, it's always watching traffic to see if anything is 'priority' traffic. It's then prioritising appropriately. That's known, we're progressively updating DPI over the cloud so you'll eventually stop seeing games classified in Network Monitor as other games. Thanks for reporting that! Let me know if you have any other questions.
  25. It's a mis-classification in that case, we are working on this currently so in a future firmware update is should be updated to show the server icons here instead of peers. The ping reading you can get in game should give you a similar reading of what your ping to that server is in the meantime.
