Not really, the main difference is that the hardware is a bit more powerful. The Wi-Fi coverage would be better on the XR500, otherwise once the XR500 is up-to-date on firmware they'll perform about the same for wired devices. -

With it disabled, DPI won't be monitoring or interfering with packets. We will add that option to all platforms in upcoming updates as far as I'm aware. -

Apologies I was not clear enough: Disconnect the Xbox ethernet cable Go to device manager and delete the xbox device Reconnect the xbox If that doesn't work, re-enable IPv6 from LAN and see if it can get a connection again.

When you see this error, are there any 'blocked server' icons appearing on the map? You may need to manually allow it to avoid getting this error. -
I've not heard of these sorts of issues on Nord, though I will double check with the team. Most VPN providers that give you OpenVPN files should work. A lot of users use ExpressVPN, HMA(HideMyAss) or PureVPN.

Can you disconnect it, delete it's device from device manager, then reconnect and it. Does it have internet access then? If not, if you re-enable IPv6 do you get internet access again?

So the Xbox doesn't have an internet connection at all? How is it connected to the R2? Via wired or wireless?

We've found why the issue occurs and are working on a solution for it, but it looks like it'll require being added in a new firmware rather than a cloud update. I don't know whether this will be the next firmware update or not as there are many other features/fixes we're working on for this platform, let alone across all platforms. I'll let the team know that you're still requesting updates on the issue so everyone knows it's still causing disruption.

Could you try downloading the OpenVPN client on your machine and use the same config file and username/password. Does it work fine there?

How is your filter radius set? Could you try expanding it a little bit so you include more servers in your radius? -

When the game boots up, do you see server icons on that map? Not necessarily while playing, just when the game first boots and all the icons appear on the map. -
Welcome to the forum! Couple things to check first: Can you paste your username and password from the Nord website into a text editor first, like notepad, and make sure there's no leading or trailing spaces in them Can you try a couple of different OpenVPN files from Nord and let us know if any of them work?

Could you temporarily completely disable QoS from the three-line menu in Congestion Control and run another Connection Benchmark test? What results do you see? -

You can ignore the icon you're seeing, it's just an anomaly and it's not affecting your connection. -

Is it just for upload you're noticing this? What do you have the upload slider set to in Congestion Control? It may be that Connection Benchmark results are being affected by Congestion Control. -

Could you please try resyncing the cloud in Ping Heatmap again, then send over a copy of the logs from System information -> Logs. You can download them by clicking the three-line menu in Logs then Download from there.
