  1. If you switch it to 44, it should stay there until you switch it back again. That's correct.
  2. I believe it will only show ping for servers and not peers. Is this still with Apex Legends or a different game?
  3. How did you do the factory reset out of interest? Did you use the button on the back of the XR or did you do it through the interface?
  4. Can you clarify what game exactly you're playing when you see this icon? What device do you have added to Geo-filter? Is it a console or is it a gaming PC?
  5. Could you please check that the IP address of the device you're adding to Traffic Prio (Check in Device Manager) is the same as the IP address of the console in it's network settings?
  6. Chrome is generally fine with DumaOS. Can you check what icons are appearing on the map when you see this issue? I believe if you're connected to a 'Peer' rather than a server it won't show you the ping.
  7. We ship with DHL express, which estimates a 1-2 working day shipping time from dispatch. I'd expect it'd be a couple days longer to Thailand, but it wouldn't be too much!
  8. That may just be a caching issue in your browser. If you clear your cache in your browser, do you still see tour pop-ups? If you're actually being DDoS'd it wouldn't be a case of someone remotely connecting to your network. It will just be a huge amount of traffic directed at you that's causing you to lose internet access.
  9. It looks as though it's re-assigning the same IP to your PC with DHCP, causing that one packet to fail. It makes sense that it would do this every 12 hours. Can you check Settings -> Setup -> LAN Setup and confirm that your PC definitely has that IP reserved for it?
  10. When you add a rule, I believe that's under an 'Advanced' section now.
  11. What game are you trying to ping? Can you try resyncing the cloud from the three-line menu in the top left of map?
  12. ¿Podría enviar un correo electrónico a [email protected] con un enlace a este tema y su número de pedido original? Veremos si podemos conseguir un reemplazo solucionado para usted.
  13. It wasn't, and as far as I'm aware they're still testing it. In the mean time we're getting to work on porting over all the stuff we fixed in that version for the slightly different hardware to the original version.
  14. I've created a ticket and given it to the necessary team but no update as to whether it can resolved quickly in the back-end. I'll chase them up now.
  15. If you want the PS5 to go through the VPN, you'll need to add it to the VPN traffic panel. Otherwise, it won't go through the VPN.
  16. We just tested a version yesterday, it did pretty well. We've requested a new firmware from NETGEAR with some new patches in it so we're hoping we might receive that back soon. Unfortunately I don't know whether that will be the one we give to testers until we've tested it so I don't have an ETA. It's in the works though!
  17. Have you by chance put it into AP mode? If so, this disables all features of DumaOS and the router just behaves as an access point. From memory, I believe this setting is in Network Settings -> Setup -> Router mode
  18. Thanks for updating, I suspect this is why we initially didn't allow specific services to be filtered with Consoles, due to inconsistencies like this. We are currently investigating a separate issue where some services are going through the VPN when they shouldn't be, so the fix to that problem may also be the fix to yours. However, it's hard to say as this is a console.
  19. Welcome to the forum! One thing I will say on the R1, while we still do our best to support it, it's very old hardware and likely won't receive all the latest and greatest features of DumaOS as they come out due to this. Firmware updates will likely just be stability/bug fixes/security if possible.
  20. OK thank you for confirming. If you run into any further problems do let us know!
  21. The firmware that was mentioned on the firmware progress page was for you, but was not released presumably due to issues found in NETGEAR testing. That's unrelated.
  22. Possibly, it's also generally safer to not give this level of access in case somebody accidentally bricks their router.
  23. The former: Source 1-65535 and Dest 1024 - 65535 Generally you can always leave source as 1-65535, then just set Dest to the ports you want to prioritise.
  24. Oye, te he respondido en tu otro tema.
