  1. If they're not terms you've came across before, it's likely you're not using them, don't worry. You should be able to find this on your BT Hub's admin interface, though as I say if it's not something you've needed to set up before I wouldn't think you're using it. Can you run a Connection Benchmark test and send over a screenshot of the results?
  2. Cool, thanks for letting me know. Do you know if you need to use PPPoE or DHCP identifiers with your new connection?
  3. How bizarre. Do you know if your ISP uses IPv6? Can you try disabling this from the WAN and LAN settings and check if the problem persists?
  4. QoS won't affect your base ping. What's the make and model of your ISP modem? Are ALL devices connected to your XR1000? Do you know if you use PPPoE, VLAN or DHCP identifiers?
  5. OK that's interesting, what ping do you see in Geo-filter and how does that compare to what you see in-game? Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Is your new modem a router/modem combo and if so have you put the R2 in the DMZ?
  6. What is the exact problem? Are they able to join your lobby, but you can't hear them? Or they are not able to join your lobby at all?
  7. Who's your VPN provider? Are you using the Basic setup mode or are you using the advanced config with config files?
  8. @Seye I would suggest factory resetting the R2 since you've got the new connection. It's a good idea when you get a new line installed to set the R2 up fresh with it, it can then run it's benchmarks and tests for you. If that still hasn't helped, can you let us know where Geo-filter is suggesting that you're getting connected to?
  9. Yes, we've got it added to our roadmap for Traffic Prio so it will also be added there soon.
  10. Are you using a VPN for your game traffic by any chance? If so, do you still have the issue with this disabled?
  11. Connect your new PC to your R2 via either Wi-Fi, or with an ethernet cable to one of the four yellow LAN ports on the back of the router. After that, go to 192.168.77.1 in your web browser to access DumaOS.
  12. Are you playing on PC or Console? Just to be clear, when you mention 'adding' your friends, you're talking about adding them to your in-game party, right? Or are you talking about adding them to a voice chat service? If you're on PC, does your PC have both ethernet AND Wi-Fi? Or just one of these options?
  13. Por lo que recuerdo, DayZ ya te da la opción de elegir a qué servidor te unes. ¿Hay alguna razón específica que tenga en mente por la que le gustaría agregarlo a Geo-filter?
  14. Appreciate the enthusiasm! We'll do our best to get it out as quickly as we can.
  15. We've tested the one that they sent us, we found a couple of bugs which we've now debugged and believe the know the cause of. We're attempting to fix them now and will then request a new firmware. Assuming all that is fixed and there are no regressions, we should be able to release the next one to testers.
  16. Thanks for the suggestion! I'm not sure how possible this will be on the R2 as the LEDs are mostly controlled by hardware I believe, however for future products we'll definitely keep this in mind!
  17. OK so the issue is still present with the console connected to the modem? If so, I'd suggest reaching out to the ISP and having them assess your logs, check the line and make sure nothing suspicious is going on.
  18. As mentioned above, which ping are you referring to specifically? Is it the base ping, or the ping (under load) score that's changing?
  19. OK, thanks. What device(s) do you have added to Geo-filter? Could you try reserving these devices IP addresses from Network Settings -> LAN -> DHCP and also make sure they've got a name in Device Manager. Then remove and re-add them from Geo-filter if they're already added. Let me know if that helps.
  20. That's when you're loading up the game, correct? If you leave it for a while these icons should eventually disappear. Once they do, add you friends and check if there are any blocked icons appearing.
  21. If you disable filtering mode, then have them all join, are you seeing any icons on the map?
  22. Can you make sure you're fully zoomed out? The icons might not appear for long, only when you attempt to join a party with them for a few seconds.
  23. The issue of Rapps not loading? Yes, we've fixed it, although it may not quite yet be present on the XR1000. It definitely will on the next firmware we will be testing soon.
  24. You could look at trying PureVPN of Express VPN, I see a lot of users on the forum using those. Perhaps see if you can get a free trial and let us know if you have any issues with it?
  25. To be clear, only disable the DMZ for the PC on the R2. Keep the DMZ enabled for the WAN IP of the R2 on the Sagecom.
