  1. When you search for a game with filtering mode enabled and it fails, are you seeing any 'blocked' icons on the map? If so, can you reproduce and send a screenshot?
  2. Are you located in the US? If possible please provide screenshots of your current Geo-filter setup and what you're seeing when you search for a match, that will make things a lot clearer.
  3. Can you provide a screenshot of how you've got Geo-filter setup currently? If you leave it with filtering mode disabled, are you still able to see server icons on the map?
  4. They implemented some measures to stop people forcing servers by changing some file, but that's not really what Geo-filter does so you should still be fine. Give it a go and let us know how you get on, we've been playing a little in the office recently and it seemed fine.
  5. What are you playing on, console or PC? The important things are that you've got it added to Geo-filter and are prioritising the Halo traffic in QoS. You can follow the same optimal settings guides to see how to do that. http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077072-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-geo-filter http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077073-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-qos
  8. Are you seeing any E-transfer domains showing as blocked in adblocker? If so, please take this domain and add a whitelist rule for it, that should resolve the problem. Please then also provide the domain to us so we can add it to the whitelist for our next cloud update.
  9. Maybe set Ping Assist back to zero and try again, that could be causing the issue.
  10. Check out this guide and follow the advanced section to see how to do this correctly: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000087492--dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-hybrid-vpn Let us know if you have any other questions.
  11. Are you filtering servers in your area? Is filtering mode enabled? As Fraser mentioned, a screenshot might be easier. We don't know exactly when the new firmware will be released, we're working with our beta testers currently to iron out a few issues. After that it should be good to go!
  12. Sorry to hear this, if you're able to in future it may be worth TFTPing the current firmware to the router, this is about as close as you can get to a re-flash so it may resolve issues you're having. I'll leave the article for this below. https://kb.netgear.com/000059633/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-a-TFTP-client-on-Microsoft-Windows
  13. Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having these issues. Could you please reboot the XR1000 from the three-dot menu in the interface? Once you've done this, it shouldn't factory reset when it loses power and hopefully it'll resolve your issue of the error message too.
  14. Does that PC have a Wi-Fi card? It may be that it connected over both interfaces and has separate IPs for each. You wouldn't be able to remotely reboot a device from Device Manager, but maybe it'd be useful if you could force a new lease renewal or something. Thanks for the suggestion!
  15. Two IPv4 addresses, or one IPv4 and one IPv6? It may have renewed the IP and changed, but the old one is still visible in the Device Manager. Is this causing any problems? If so what are the symptoms?
  16. Sorry to hear that, we fixed an issue which was causing disconnections for most people in the latest firmware.
  17. Do you have access to the DumaOS interface when it's in this state? Do all devices lose connection or is it just wireless devices that are losing connectivity?
  18. It'd require an additional port on the back of the router I'd assume, but other than that OpenWRT probably accommodates for it so I'll discuss the idea with the team.
  19. That is bizarre, I suppose it's not in their best interest to suggest you use something other than their router and their service. In the same way, it's in my best interest to suggest that we find a way to involve the XR1000 in your setup.
  20. No worries, always best to have the XR at the top anyways.
  21. Like this: Modem -> Zen Router -> VOIP phone system -> XR1000 -> Connected Devices
  22. Sure, but presumably you can just leave the phone connected to the router they provide you, then have all other devices on the network connected to the DumaOS router? Or am I misunderstanding something here? Presumably you had a modem connected above the R1/R2 right? I guess it depends on whether Zen provide a router/modem combo or two separate devices.
  23. Who's offering the service? It'd be interesting to look into it a little further.
  24. ¿Cómo tienes configurado QoS? ¿A qué velocidad de red está configurada? ¿Cuáles son las velocidades que caen desde y hacia?
  25. Yeah it's been added to our roadmap so it's definitely something we'll be considering. An equally good point, it's always best to start fresh.
