  1. I'm afraid not, 1000mbps is the maximum the ethernet ports on the R1 can do, this isn't something that can be increased through a software update.
  2. Welcome to the forum! That should be fixed now, if not then please re-sync cloud from the three-line menu.
  3. I spoke to one of the devs about this a couple of days ago, it's still in the works but unfortunately we don't have an ETA at this stage.
  4. Sorry about that, we're pushing an update today that should resolve that.
  5. Apologies this issue has taken so long to resolve, I'll follow up with the team now and see where we are with it. Last I heard we were able to replicate it but unforunately it's quite a complicated issue to resolve.
  6. Sure thing, yes if it gets to that point I don't see why we won't be able to send a new one out to you.
  7. Sorry to hear the beta firmwares didn't work out for you, we are still working on the 3.0 beta so there will be new versions and eventually a full release. Unfortunately it's difficult to give an ETA as to when this may be, but we are working hard at it!
  8. Do you have another router that you can run behind the R2 as an access point and have all Wi-Fi devices connect to this? This will allow us to test if it's Wi-Fi/DHCP that could be causing the disconnections.
  9. Do you have Share excess enabled in the Bandwidth Allocation Menu? Also, do you have any custom distribution configured in Bandwidth Allocation or is it just equally distributed?
  10. We're working on it! Unfortunately as these are changes server-side it's hard for us to work around, we're currently testing but I don't yet have an ETA for a fix.
  11. Hey! Not just yet, we're always working on it though so shouldn't be too long hopefully. Are you experiencing any issues with the current firmware?
  12. Go to QoS -> Traffic Prioritisation -> Add device -> Select your iPhone and then 'Advanced' and use the below config: Source: 1-65535 Dest: 1-65535 Service: TCP&UDP Let us know if this solves the problem and we can then consider what a more elegant solution might be.
  13. Could you add a rule to Traffic Prioritisation for the iPhone and see if this helps?
  14. Is this issue just limited to the iPhone or are all devices getting this? With QoS on and Adblocker off, do you get the same problem?
  15. Awesome, thanks for the update. Sure so continue with static IPs for now until we're able to resolve this!
  16. @BERNARDINO DE AGUAS That's something we can solve through a cloud update, we'll hopefully be able to push that today.
  17. Fortnite has a lot of servers and with our current systems they can frequently get bundled together like this. Our new tool should do a much better job of geo-locating these. Thanks! I'll pass this on.
  18. That's interesting, we'll give that a test and see if we can replicate this. Are you testing the channel widths with QoS fully disabled? Not that this should make a difference, but just to rule it out.
  19. Unfortunately not, it's a complicated problem that's occurred as a result of changes on Bungie's end, so it's hard for us to work out how we might be able to get around it.
  20. OK great, let us know if it continues.
  21. Hey Testers, We've got a new R1 beta firmware for you guys to dig in to! https://www.dropbox.com/s/8z4kcynmo3glplp/DumaOS-R1-3.0.207.sig?dl=0 We'd suggest a factory reset after the upgrade to ensure you're starting from a clean slate, let us know how you get on! Change log: Fixed issues with Adblocker and Connection Benchmark Fixed issues where the GUI doesn't load properly Fixed issues with Wi-Fi backend Fixed other issues with Network settings Added stability improvements to QoS Fixed Device Manager crashing issue
  22. @CordeiroMarcos No problem at all! Are you seeing the same speeds if you run a third party speedtest, such as speedtest.net? Or is it just Connection Benchmark that's showing these speeds? I've responded to you question about the Warzone servers in your other post! Essentially, you will be able to see the Warzone servers again once we've pushed a cloud update, this should be early next week. Sorry for the inconvenience!
  23. Welcome to the forum! That's odd, you should've received an EU power adapter with your order. Sorry about that, feel free to send an email over to [email protected] with your order number and we'll send one out to you!
  24. Awesome, thank you, I'll let the team know!
  25. Thanks, there is actually now a newer beta firmware that we'd suggest you upgrade to: https://www.dropbox.com/s/l3oeb6dw25ngmwm/XR500-V2.3.2.120.zip?dl=0 We'd suggest factory resetting after you've installed this, you can then go through and quickly setup the network settings again, hopefully that should resolve your issue.
