Netduma Liam replied to b3llb0y's topic in Netduma R2 Support
I'll chase this up with the team and try to get them to prioritise this, thanks for following up. -
Geo-Filter Page
Netduma Liam replied to Bat 'n' Ball's topic in Feature Ideas & Improvements for DumaOS
Thanks for the suggestions! I know a few are on our roadmap already but I'll go ahead and add the remaining ones! -
If you want to filter connections to servers and peers, yes.

Waveform Bufferbloat on XR1000 Aus only
Netduma Liam replied to Baturi's topic in Call of Duty Support
Was Congestion Control definitely set to 'Always' when you ran this test? If so, can you lower the Download slider 5% at a time and run a test between each adjustment. What's the lowest you can get your ping under load result? -
XR1000 | Open NAT Type on Multiple Consoles?
Netduma Liam replied to P4UL's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
This one for example: 78:80:38:a9:13:bf. See if you can track down which device this is exactly. -

Netduma Liam replied to Baturi's topic in Call of Duty Support
How are you testing this? What results do you get if you set Congestion Control to 'Always' and put the sliders to 50%, then run a Connection Benchmark test from the interface. Can you perhaps provide a screenshot? -

XR1000 | Open NAT Type on Multiple Consoles?
Netduma Liam replied to P4UL's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Take note of those MAC addresses and try to find which device on the network it is. That will tell us more. -
Not as yet, we're testing firmware currently and if we feel as though it could do with beta testing we'll release it as an early access firmware. Keep an eye out on the forum, we'll post about it if we're going to do something along those lines.

Why am I connecting to a server across the world?
Netduma Liam replied to mukey's topic in Netduma R2 Support
It will do, yes. Though sometimes it may show this server as being a 'peer' connection. -
We don't have anything to announce as yet, but there is something in the works.

Hey, currently there isn't any option to run a proxy server or proxy requests on the R2. What's your use case? Is there a specific reason you'd like this configured on the R2?
-
The R2 does not support Wi-Fi 6 I'm afraid, it was made just at a time and price point before Wi-Fi 6 was feasible!

Intentaremos reproducir el problema internamente y solucionarlo. No está afectando nada más, ¿verdad, solo el más rápido?

BT Fiber Xr500 Slow
Netduma Liam replied to mnequest's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Can you please put the BT hub back in place, then configure PPPoE on that. Afterwards, connect the XR500 to the BT Hub via DHCP instead of PPPoE. Re-test your speeds after that and see if they're better. -
Curiosamente, si cambia al modo Radio en lugar del modo polígono, ¿sigue teniendo el mismo problema?

Do you know if you need to use PPPoE, VLAN or DHCP identifiers in order to get connected to the internet? -
Waveform Bufferbloat on XR1000 Aus only
Netduma Liam replied to Baturi's topic in Call of Duty Support
What issues are you having exactly? What are the symptoms? How have you currently got QoS configured? I'm sure we can help illeviate this for you. -
In theory it shouldn't matter, but I'd suggest starting with the first option and experiment with the second if you experience any issues.
-
Thanks for reaching out. Generally when you upgrade/replace your line, it's best to factory reset your router to set it up again with your new speeds. You can do this from the three-dot menu in the top right of the interface. After that, set the R2 up again with the new speeds and you should notice much better throughput.
