  1. You can't add it to Bandwidth Allocation just yet, but we're currently working on a solution for that. In terms of Traffic Prio you can add it as a service. If it's not working great we may need to update it's DPI classification so let us know if that's the case and we can do that.
  2. Good feedback, thank you for that.
  3. In general, the results look pretty good as far as I can tell. Were these tests run while saturating the connection as Fraser mentioned? I'll link the guide below again for convenience. http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping
  4. Thanks for that, could you please disable the DumaOS classified games rule, then add a new one. In the new rule, select your games console as the device and 'Games Console' as the service when prompted. After that, set Congestion Control low, down to about 40% maybe. Then set it to always. After doing this, click 'Reset allocation' on Bandwidth allocation just to be safe. Then, play some games and see how it feels. A couple of follow up questions: Do you know if you require PPPoE, VLAN or DHCP identifiers to get a connection to the internet? Are you using Geo-filter? If so could you share your configuration with us?
  5. Just to clarify, have you reset since the upgrade to the latest firmware version? If not, could you please do so. Can you also answer a few questions for us: Are ALL devices on the network connected via the R2? Have you got any custom rules configured in Traffic Prioritisation? If so could you please share them? If not, is the DumaOS classified games rule detecting traffic while you're playing? This is indicated by a red light on the rule, and the packet counters increasing. What's the make and model of your modem?
  6. No tenemos nada que anunciar todavía, mantenemos este artículo actualizado con toda la información más reciente sobre firmwares: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000132677-dumaos-firmware-progress
  7. Thanks for posting this. It would be good if you could create a new topic with this information so we can look into this further with you. In the new topic, could you please include the below: When the connection drops, are you able to access the DumaOS interface from a device connected via wired? Do you need to reboot the R2 to get the connection back, or will it eventually restore itself? Do you recall if the disconnections occurred after a particular device started generating some traffic? Are you using any wireless extenders, powerline adapter or access points for example?
  8. @ahmedkI've responded to your new topic, let's continue there.
  9. Could you please try hitting 'Resync cloud' now in Ping Heatmap and see if that's better?
  10. A few users have reported this with the XR500, we'll get the team to look into it and see why it's not updating.
  11. I would suggest setting it to Auto-enable. That way, it will only limit bandwidth to background services if priority traffic is detected.
  12. Warzone uses server-based matchmaking so I'm afraid you won't be able to do that. The reason you would've had to allow your friend is because whichever server he was going through would've appeared outside your Geo-filter radius and therefore would've been blocked by it.
  13. OK, there doesn't seem to be anything in the logs with regards to it losing a connection so I suspect it's just due to the router being rebooted. Does it ever drop the VPN connection without the router being rebooted?
  14. Does this occur if you don't turn the router off at night? I don't think it'll reconnect automatically if the router loses power. Are there any VPN logs in the 'logs' tab?
  15. Hey all, Hope you're all doing well and looking forward to the release of 3.2. I'm just writing a quick post to let you know that we're looking for Early Access testers for future R2 DumaOS releases, starting with this one. The purpose of the early access group is to test new firmwares on a larger scale right before we release them publicly. Please note that these firmwares might not be completely stable and you may find issues, so beware of this before choosing to upgrade to them. Go ahead and sign-up below: we'll reach out if you've been added! https://forms.gle/FMxFoCYk7vNv5DEW7 Cheers, Liam.
  16. Great suggestion, I personally greatly enjoy the gross misuse of RGB. I'll certainly be suggesting it for any future hardware.
  17. It's just a misreading, you don't actually have any NAT issues from what we can tell. You can safely ignore it.
  18. OK, it may be best to take the WAN IP of the R2 and put it in the DMZ of the ISP router, that will solve the NAT problem. To answer your other questions: Yes, but routing a game through a VPN will add latency and degrade your experience. Yes, that will send all traffic from that device through the VPN.
  19. What is the make and model of the modem exactly? Is it a pure modem or does it have Wi-Fi capability?
  20. OK, can you send over a screenshot of how it's now configured? We can see if there's anything's causing it not to filter properly.
  21. That's odd, could you please open an incognito window in chrome, then go to the interface and test if Ping Heatmap is behaving the same way? If it is, please download a copy of the log file from System Information and send it over. For Geo-filter, please do the following: Remove device from Geo-filter Resync cloud from three-line menu Re-add device to Geo-filter When asked to select a service, make sure you pick 'Choose manually'
  22. You shouldn't need to reset and reconfigure anything from scratch. In what way is Geo-filter not working exactly? Can you describe exactly what you're seeing when it's not working? Are you able to ping any of the other games in Ping Heatmap after resyncing the cloud as mentioned?
  23. Hybrid VPN isn't working, it shows that it's failed in the Connection Status. NAT type 2 on the Play Station is not necessarily a problem, it just means the Play Station is aware there is a router above it. You still have an Open NAT with this type. If you're going to add the R2 to the DMZ of the modem, make sure you remove any port forwarding rules you've configured on the R2.
  24. Welcome to the forum! For the language issue, this is coming in future. In the meantime you could try installing the Google Translate browser plug-in and translate the page? For your NAT issue, have you followed this guide? It described all the ways you can get an Open NAT. http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat Your Hybrid VPN isn't connecting for some reason, could you please let us know who your VPN provider with and which OVPN file you're using to configure it? Can you share a screenshot of how you've currently got Geo-filter configured? In Ping Heatmap, click the three-line menu in the top left of the map then click 'Resync cloud'. After that, check if you can ping servers.
  25. @RickyrocksPlease keep your responses contained within one reply, it makes it quite difficult to read when they're spread across four separate replies. I'm not to familiar with that specific modem, if you access it's settings can you see if there's anywhere for you to configure PPPoE? I'm pretty sure that's what's causing your issue.
