  1. You don't need an internet connection to access the interface and actually you need to complete the wizard in order to get internet. Can you access 192.168.77.1 via the web browser through ethernet or WiFi?
  2. Did you try my PM? It's likely that it will work properly when we release the next firmware so for the moment it may be best to use it behind the Google WiFi.
  3. If you check the Internet Setup page on the XR which we know works and there are any differing settings there then we can copy that over to the R2 to see if it will work that way. We don't unfortunately as we're a small team. There is an issue we're looking at which is probably the reason why it isn't working correctly. I've sent you a PM.
  4. No don't do that, if you have internet already then you don't need it and it would only cause you to disconnect. Check what Internet settings the Google WiFi is already using and see if you can enter them into the R2 to get a connection.
  5. You need to find out if you need it first, it's not something you can just enable as specific details are required. VLAN isn't supported at the moment.

  7. Great thank you, could you also disable IPv6 please and let us know when you've done that?
  8. Your radius is too big, I would recommend you reduce it to the closest possible servers to you.
  9. You won't be able to connect using DumaOS if there is no internet but the LAN IP should work. It may be you need PPPoE or VLAN when directly connecting to that.
  10. Envíe un correo electrónico a [email protected] con un enlace a este tema y su número de pedido, ya que le sugiero que le envíen un enrutador de reemplazo.
  11. When that next happens give your PC a static IP in its network settings and see if it then allows access. I believe this is due to the browser blocking it or an Adblocker you've got active on the web browser.
  12. It can't replace your modem but if you have a modem and separate router it could replace the router. The R2 doesn't currently have VLAN implemented unfortunately but I'm trying to see if I can push the devs to get it included soon. PPPoE is supported.

  14. No need to scroll, we can just try to resolve it in your topic. Any other company you probably wouldn't have received a response over the weekend anyway.
  15. If we continue in your topic I'm sure we can get it resolved. It depends where you purchased, you can check the terms here: https://netduma.com/terms
  16. Hey, welcome to the forum! We recently released the beta for the 700 so it's just down to the 300 now and we're working on getting that out asap.
  17. Hey, welcome to the forum! You can find that in Settings > LAN > DHCP. I've also responded to your specific topic.

  19. Hey, welcome to the forum! You now have access, enjoy!
  20. Hey, welcome to the forum! Given that you ordered on Xmas Eve/Day and it arrived on 5th January that's probably the earliest you could have received it during the holidays. Did you do a factory reset after you upgraded to .179 as recommended? Auto Setup is too aggressive at the moment so we recommend people adjust it manually for the moment.
  21. MTU doesn't really work like that, use what is default for your connection is what I would recommend. QoS can still be useful for households like yours as devices can do background updates which could have a severe impact in game.
  22. Puedes encontrar la versión beta aquí: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-DumaOS-3-0/bd-p/en-home-beta-npg-duma
  23. Unplug the router entirely from power for 24 hours, then TFTP the latest firmware and a reset and that may help. If not try to get a replacement.
  24. There is no specific way to force this because it doesn't make sense to restrict connections in that way. The only way I could think of doing this would be disable any settings you've enabled to open NAT - doing that could make the NAT strict instead of moderate.
  25. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. I'd recommend trying the beta and doing a reset as it should be more stable for you in that regard. https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-DumaOS-3-0/bd-p/en-home-beta-npg-duma
