  1. The team are aware of this, I'm assuming its a config issue that we need to edit it to make it work. I'll discuss with the team and see what they can do.
  2. We've been working on some very important things to speed up our development and testing processes so things like this haven't been addressed at the moment. That being said, as we can produce firmware quicker going forward it may be implemented sooner rather than later.
  3. Is it connecting you to other servers instead? If that is the case disable Fast Search and put Ping Assist to 0 then launch the game and you should get the Portland server.
  4. We weren't able to add it in time but in the mean time you can see where the servers are located here:
  6. Intente reiniciar usando el método anterior para obtener acceso, si logra obtener acceso, verifique mi mensaje privado
  7. Glad to hear it is working now! We will have a new firmware available very soon which will be more stable
  9. Set a static IP on the PC itself that is connected via ethernet to the router using this information and this guide (control panel) https://pureinfotech.com/set-static-ip-address-windows-10/ IP 192.168.77.100 Subnet 255.255.255.0 Gateway 192.168.77.1 DNS 192.168.77.1 then see if you can access using http://192.168.77.1
  10. Great thank you, don't forget to try the reset as I mentioned as well as that could resolve it.
  11. Yes they're all newer options on the latest version, perhaps old cache kept you from seeing them
  12. Okay good so all working now? Do you mean new options compared to the old version?
  13. Ethernet cable from the LAN or internet port on the R2 to the PC? Should just be able to access it when connected via ethernet or WiFi.
  14. You don't need to be, but you're installing a tunnel essentially which can bypass the router so the router can't tell you're on the local network. You can do it without internet through the IP address
  15. It shall be revealed soon but a lot of stability improvements!
  16. There will be another firmware coming for the R1, as to whether the issue they found on the R2 translates to the R1 as well I'm not sure on yet but I imagine as it is a firmware issue that it should help on all the other platforms as well.
  17. It happens a lot less on the R2, we've also spent many months determining why it happens and a fix for that will be in the next firmware so maybe wait a little bit until that is out and reassess whether you want to purchase
  18. Yep that's right you've got it. It is a very old router so it is possible it's just degraded over time but give it a reboot - remember to remove PPPoE details from the R1 if you haven't already and then see how you get on with QoS.
  19. How is the TP setup - is it in bridge mode? PPPoE could potentially be it, it might not be working well with QoS. If you could have the TP handle PPPoE with the R1 in the DMZ then I think that would work better
  20. That doesn't really make sense, it's supposed to help in that very situation, I haven't seen anyone else with issues like this that I can recall. What is the model of the modem/router the R1 is connected to? Are ALL devices connected to the R1? Are you using PPPoE or anything like that for a connection?
  21. Just using QoS generally should prevent that occurring, Congestion Control on Always 70/70 should do the trick
  22. Do it via the hardware button, if there is a software issue it should bypass this and offer a new slate. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then access, go through the wizard and see if it loads correctly.
  23. How did you do the factory reset, via the interface or using the button in the back of the router? It is quite odd it's doing that.
  24. Ahh sorry about that, you can download it directly here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/8z4kcynmo3glplp/DumaOS-R1-3.0.207.sig?dl=0
  25. @andybtsn if 2.0 was your issue I'd recommend at least trying the 3.0 beta for the R1 before you decide on purchasing another router as it may just work fine for you and your connection: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/35821-new-r1-firmware-30207/ make sure you do a factory reset once it's finished upgrading and see if it performs any better for you. If it doesn't seem to load after the upgrade you'll need to clear your browser cache/cookies.
