We actually did an update today, it may not have been downloaded to your router yet so go to the Geo-Filter Map options and flush the cloud. Do this while the console is completely off. Then boot the console/game and see if those servers have been fixed. -

That looks like it must be it, have you put it in the form so we can move it in the next update? -

What does the ping say on the Geo-Filter? - That is a true ping to the server. The in game ping includes things like processing delay etc which all games have, if this is really high then it indicates the server is under load. -

Best way to double check is to use Ping Assist or switch to Spectating Mode and see if you can get put on it. If you find it is mislocated please put it in the form and we'll be able to update the cloud to fix it. -
Hey, welcome to the forum! Routerlogin.net is a local URL used as an alternative to access the interface instead of the LAN IP. As it is a local URL it cannot be accessed using the internet - if you try to connect to it using a non Netgear router it will redirect to an internet URL instead. You can disable Auto Updates from Settings > Administration. Do you still have the original issue?

I've just seen you're on the XR500 which means this topic is not applicable to you. You can find updates for the XR500 here: https://www.netgear.com/support/product/XR500.aspx or you can go to Settings > Administration > Firmware Update and click check on the interface to see if a new one is available. I'll answer your question here but f you have any furth tech support questions please make a new topic and we can go from there. You cannot prevent other players from joining the server you are playing on, it isn't possible. If you don't want to use the Geo-Filter simply switch it from Filtering to Spectating mode or delete the device from the Geo-Filter.

Hybrid VPN UNO PC Issue
Netduma Fraser replied to Leo's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
That may be the DNS leak, we will be fixing that for 3.0 and we'll be adding more providers as well in the future. Your welcome, let us know if you have any more issues/questions. -
We're really busy testing the next firmware this week so it may not be until next week.

Hybrid VPN UNO PC Issue

I think you can continue adding 80/443 if you run into issues on said devices, no need to add it for every one if it isn't causing a problem. I found them here: https://portforward.com/uno/ I gave you the PS4 ports, even though it is on PC the ports may not be the only ones it uses so it may be worth adding the ports from the other platforms that you're missing and see if that helps. That'll be because 80/443 are not going through the VPN. That is certainly a viable option if it works, I can't see any specific issues here that would cause it to not work. You could try a blanket rule 1-65535 TCP/UDP src & dst to see if it works that way. -

Yes you're right, disregard that sorry, I confused myself! Yes that is fine, I've just found some extra ports that you don't have but should be required for UNO, try these the same way you've done the others and see if it works. TCP: 1935,3478-3480 UDP: 3074,3478-3479,3658,4646 -

It's more because those ports are required for all devices to work correctly online. Do you have another VPN provider you could try with or contact the provider to see if they block any specific ports? It seems more like the provider if the same process you use works for the other games but not this one.
