Speeds on benchmark can be different as they use different servers, what speeds do you actually get on the device connected to the PC? Also have you put the R2 in the V Hub DMZ or is the V hub in modem mode? You'll need to do one or the other to ensure best performance overall. Either way in Bandwidth Settings you should input the speeds you expect to achieve, so in this case ~900 down, ~50 up. Then once you've done that you'll want to select Always for Congestion Control and experiment with percentages until you can get the Ping Under Load graph on Benchmark to look like the Ping Test graph as much as possible.

While directly connected to the ONT could you perform the steps for the CG-NAT test as the bottom of this guide please? http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat leave the factory reset for the moment as it seems like a classic CG-NAT issue to me which unfortunately may incur an extra cost or headache to resolve.

Sorry could you clarify, do you mean you have your ISP modem/router with another router attached which you have the XR in the DMZ for and then the console in the XR DMZ?

Can you provide the log file just after it happens please? -
Do you have a pure modem or modem/router? Is the XR in the DMZ of the modem and have you setup the DMZ on the XR?
-
Thanks for letting us know, we’ll look at the logs and see if it shows anything
-
In theory yes you can connect the R2 direct to the ONT and bypass the gateway completely - there should be a sticker on the underside of the gateway with info on how to access it if you'd still like to use it. Give it a reboot and it should get a connection, if not you may require PPPoE or it may be that they've locked it to use their gateway
-
Okay thanks for all that, we'll try accessing it again tomorrow and let you know!
-
Thanks for that, do you have Adblocker or Traffic Controller enabled? Basically, unless you have some settings enabled on the router that would impact traffic then there shouldn't be a reason you can't be accessed so if those are disabled is there anything else you may have enabled?
-
We did push an update today, give the router a reboot, wait 2 minutes then resync the cloud again and see if it populates

What is there on the Advanced pages?

All good on that front, it's strange we aren't able to connect to you, are you able to login to the motorola modem with these details? 192.168.100.1 Username: admin Password: motorola If you are could you then provide a screenshot of what you see please?
-
There is a chance then that it could work with the Geo-Filter without us needing to do anything, have you tried to filter? What happens when doing so?
-
That's fine thanks, could you follow the CG-NAT part at the bottom of this guide and let us know the results please? http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat

Have you enabled the DMZ or set any port forwarding rules on the R2? If so please remove them as they'll interfere with us accessing
-
We're not able to access currently, could you put the WAN IP from the R2 System Information page in the DMZ on your modem and let us know when you've done that please?
-
Just to double check did you do a factory reset after the upgrade? Enable remote support in WAN Settings and we can then enable remote logging, so when the issue happens we'll get the logs up until that point and should give us something to go on. Let us know once you've done that and we'll set that up for you.
-
My first suggestion would be to disable Adblock & HybridVPN completely as those are both features that can impact your connection and see if you can make it past the 5 days, if you do and it all seems good then it could narrow the issue down a little.
-
It is a cloud update so you won't see anything when it is done and don't need to upgrade. Once we have pushed it on Monday you can resync the cloud and then it should work

Edit the reservation, give it a different IP, then apply and reboot the Xbox, it will then get the new IP you have set -
Hey, welcome to the forum! On the iPhones, on the WiFi settings for the R2 network you're connected to disable Private Addresses, then disconnect from the WiFi and reconnect, then see if they work better. Try this for the FIFA issue: Quit the game completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up game

Give the Xbox a different address, devices should have a reservation of .99 and under, then see if that works any better -
R2 loses all connection periodically, requires unplug
