  1. It would be great if you are able to find the causes and then we can pass that onto NG to aid them in their fix. It's entirely possible this is already fixed on the next version which I'm hoping isn't too far off now.

  4. We need to do another, it went out of date again after we pushed an update today. We're working on a more permanent solution, in the mean time we'll push another update tomorrow.
  5. I would disable Armor on the XR1000 - you can do this from the Nighthawk mobile app, that may allow that specific platform to work better. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 5 minutes then access the interface and see if it loads - exit the interface if you have it open while resetting please
  6. Are you using PPPoE, VLAN, IPv6 or anything like that? Do you have Armor enabled?

  8. That indicates that you'll probably need to adjust your QoS settings to get rid of the packet loss - what settings are you using currently? Are ALL devices connected to the router?
  9. Thanks for that, could you disable DumaOS Classified Games on Traffic Prioritization please? I'm wondering if that is somehow catching Sky and prioritizing it which would cause the issue. See if it works better after that.

  14. It seems to me as though the servers you're playing on may be under load, in which case try forcing different servers and you should get a better connection
  15. Can you provide a screenshot showing what you see with those servers outside your radius?
  16. Yes that's correct. So wired devices still have internet? Could you check the WiFi devices and disable Private Addresses on each of them, it may be that prompting the router to think it is a different device, otherwise you could set the static IP on the devices themselves and they should get internet
  17. Make sure you have Ping Assist set to 0 and it will always stay within your polygon/radius

  21. It is a known issue that the port forwarding entries seem to disappear so if you go to add a new rule where the port is the same as one of those entries you'll get that message. This is something NG is fixing for the next version I believe. If you set all the rules you need after a factory reset and don't change them then they should be okay but are you saying when using OpenVPN it causes the entries to disappear?

  24. No not currently, a full release shouldn't take too much longer
  25. We need to do a new Heatmap update so that may be why, reboot the router in a few hours, wait 2 minutes and then see if it loads please
