  2. What is your location and what is the ping you get when you connect direct to the hub? Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Are you using QoS?
  3. What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to? If you remove it from the DMZ and delete the reserved IP does it get IPv6 then?
  4. Could you provide a clip of what you're experiencing? That may give us a better insight
  5. If you're not sure what it was named then the best solution unfortunately is a factory reset to remove the error
  6. Interesting, what does the game actually say when you're not able to get a game?
  7. To clarify, when your gaming device is directly connected to the V hub so the R2 isn't connected or being used you can't get games on warzone?
  8. Same with the R2, it is difficult to counter DDoS attacks, very large companies have issues with it and they have millions to throw at the problem

  12. I don't think it can be the Geo-Filter then, if nothing extra is blocked then you're connecting to the server the same way, it may be a coincidence. Does the ping fluctuate on the Geo-Filter when you notice it in game?
  13. Are all other devices working fine connected to the R2 when the hub is in router mode? If you connect your gaming device directly to the V hub, can you get games easily?
  14. Have you ever had internet or is this something that happened recently? I have the same hub as you and I do find it works better in router mode, you get internet when using this is that right but you can't get any games? You're not using the Geo-Filter when this happens?

  16. That is normal, but when you get into a game do you see anything blocked?
  17. Could you factory reset the R2, then go through the Setup Wizard and once done don't change any settings, do you get internet then?
  18. And you definitely don't see anything blocked towards the start of the game when you're in it when the Geo-Filter is active?
  19. Can you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter fully zoomed out showing the map when you're in a game please?
  20. Sometimes modems/routers can be a bit picky about how they're booted. Reboot the V hub, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes then access and see if you have internet.

  22. Could you enable Remote Support in WAN Settings please and let us know when you have done that? We will enable remote logging so we get some information when you get the disconnect.

  24. You shouldn't really be experiencing that kind of lag with your speeds, especially with QoS enabled. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to? Are ALL devices connected to the XR?
  25. I suspect the error is occurring as you may have deleted the device from the Device Manager when it was still added to the Geo-Filter, if you reconnect the device to the router and give it the same name/device type does that get rid of the error?
