  1. The timing for TFTP can be tricky to get down and usually takes a few tries. Did you put the firmware in the directory where you're performing the command from? Yes you can upload through the firmware by going to Settings > Administration > Firmware Update
  2. If you clear the browser cache/cookies or use an incognito window that will disappear and should all be functioning
  3. Could you try forcing HTTP to the interface please as the browsers may be forcing HTTPS instead causing the error and slowdown
  4. Is it just the System Information page and the Dashboard or is it every page?
  5. If you have Adblocker on your web browser (not the router adblocker) then please disable or whitelist the router interface page
  6. On the System Information page, click the icon on the Rapp Panel, set the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then access and see if it loads correctly
  7. Could you provide a screenshot of the QoS page please just so I can check if there may be anything affecting it. In WAN Settings disable the protection option, also try with NAT set to Open and see if that boosts it at all.
  8. Okay great, the level 2 tech will be able to do the required update, do keep us posted!
  9. Hardware isn't something we can troubleshoot unfortunately, I'll reach out to the team to see if they can move it along.
  10. Let them know specifically that you have engaged with Netduma tech support directly and that you need assistance from them to deactivate Optimiser, update it then re-activate it
  11. Did you disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu ? Did that make any difference? What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to?
  12. I've spoken with the Telstra team, have you had the modern longer than a week? If so please go to fix.telstra.com and request assistance to get the firmware upgraded to the latest.
  13. A few people are away at the moment but we'll be able to get an update on this on Monday, I would also recommend signing up for Early Access as well so you can try any new builds https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  14. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. What happens/what do you see when you try to access? Have you accessed optimiser before or is this your first time trying? Your firmware number is older, it should be 20.3.c.0389-MR20-RA it may be that Telstra needs to push through an update for you to get it working correctly. I'd recommend contacting Telstra to see if they can do this for you, in the meantime I've tagged @mannrs who may be able to look into this more quickly for you.
  15. Ah okay, it's not telling you to access the link, it's saying it can't load part of the theme, if you click ok you should be able to continue using the Geo-Filter. That message usually appears if you have an Adblocker on your web browser.
  16. As above it won't be the router, likely people reporting you and then it's reversed once the proof has been reviewed.
  17. Could advise above, test another device as well and see if you get the same speeds. Also generally ISPs advertise *Up to speeds so it may not be a guarantee you'll always get that up to value
  18. Use these links specifically and see if it works: http://192.168.77.1 http://dumaos
  19. Thanks for the report, I'll get the team to push an update.
  20. What is it you're trying to block exactly? Does the device appear to be paused on the Adblocker page?
  21. Hey, welcome to the forum! It really depends on what you want, for software focused consumers we recommend the R2 and for hardware focused consumers we recommend the XR range. The 500 has AC WiFi whereas the 1000 has AX WiFI. Yes currently the XR1000 does not have HybridVPN but it's something we're working on bringing to the platform.
  22. Does it have the same power as mentioned here:
  23. Thanks for that, I'll pass it on to the team to confirm and correct.
  24. The Nighthawk app is testing the speed that is coming into the router before it's processed and routed to devices, when you connect directly to the router you're getting the speed the router is able to give the device at that time. Go through this guide and see if you're able to boost those speeds: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076586-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-maximum-bandwidth-speeds
  25. What are you getting through the Verizon router exactly? When using a router compared to a pure modem you will lose some speed due to the processing so you it's very unlikely you will get 1000 exactly. No the ports do support up to 1000Mbps.
