  1. Reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes then re-enter and connect, does that work?
  2. If the IPs are outside the DHCP range then in theory it should be fine, if you're still getting issues then disabling the DHCP server should resolve that and then any new devices you add you'd need to give them an IP on the device itself. 3.2 isn't far off now which will be a lot more stable in my opinion.
  3. Clear the browser cache/cookies and reload each page 1 time, it should be faster after that. Also make sure you're not accessing using HTTPS - some browsers force this and that will slow it down.
  4. While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  5. People do experiment with the percentages, they usually throttle quite a lot, I'm not sure if they've tried that way. People do that as well, some find those higher servers play a bit better for them. Whatever works best for you!
  6. Hello, welcome to the forum! Connect your PC via ethernet to the R2 then enter 192.168.77.1 into your web browser, does that allow you access to the Setup Wizard?
  7. Bandwidth Allocation isn't really very limiting, you assign bandwidth and if that device/service needs it then it will be used and any unused bandwidth will be shared among other devices/services that need it. For just gaming there is no real need to assign bandwidth. You can disable Share Excess and give the Xbox just 2 but that will hard limit every other device to use whatever percentage is set.
  8. Try the widths, that will impact the speeds quite a lot
  9. I've approved that for you so you can access the Early Access sub forum here now: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/ You're very welcome, appreciate your patience!
  10. Just what you would do normally, utilize the Geo-Filter, QoS isn't as needed as you have a dedicated line but you can still experiment with it
  11. @BrownStar sign up for Early Access, when approved try the firmware there, it has a lot of fixes/improvements so hopefully that gets you sorted, make sure to factory reset 5 minutes after you've upgraded https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  12. Try these suggestions and see if it helps: Sounds like you may have done this already but if not disable Mirror Mode, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _

  14. Thanks for that, could you swap out the cable connecting the R2 to the modem and see if that packet loss goes away? Otherwise switch Congestion Control to Always and set the percetages to 70% for download and upload, then retry.
  15. Can you do that PingPlotter without the R2 in play please and provide a screenshot? It could change, in which case you'd want to set the IP of the R2 that the modem gave it as static/reserved, it depends how they implement DMZ you may be able to select it via MAC address
  16. Quindi non vedo nulla di sbagliato nelle impostazioni sul TP o sull'R2, non credo che l'ISP consentirĂ  un altro router
  17. Gli altri dispositivi connessi al TP ottengono Internet?
  18. Copy the WAN IP from the R2 System Information page and enter that into the ZTE DMZ function, then re-test on the R2
  19. What is the modem/router model the R2 is connected to? Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Classified Games is fine, use Normal as you're using ethernet (yes gaming/voice is to be used if the device is connected via WiFi), you can enable apply to WAN, if your ISP doesn't support it then it won't give a negative impact. Resync the cloud on the Device Manager then reboot the console, the download/upload packets should close align and you should have a better experience. No worries at all, happy to help!
  20. Is this with QoS active or set to Never for Congestion Control?
  21. I would suggest setting it to what you pay for or if you only ever get 78 as your maximum speed then set it to that instead. Your max DL on the R2 is that via ethernet or WiFi?
  22. What router/firmware version is this on?
  23. What firmware version are you on currently? Resync the cloud from the Device Manager menu, we did a DPI update which should improve things for you.
  24. We're still improving the results on those tests so if you get good speeds on speedtest.net then go with that. Your assigning bandwidth to gaming which pulls bandwidth away from the speedtest which isn't classed as gaming. Either way it's complete overkill as gaming won't use much more than 1Mbps!
  25. Dovrebbe funzionare bene quindi con la DMZ, non riesco a vedere quale sarebbe il problema dalla tua parte. No, gli IP non avrebbero alcun impatto su questo.
