  1. I've approved you, you can access it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  2. Could you sign up for Early Access? Once approved try the firmware there, it should be more stable for you: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  3. Yes that's correct, whichever is easiest really!
  4. Thanks for the logs, go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  5. The servers should be allowed so you shouldn't have to do anything in that regard but you may need to add your friends still. An option like that wouldn't really work, it's still dependent on the cloud and they change/update those servers.
  6. Okay no worries, we'll see where the team are at with this.
  7. I've add you to the beta, upgrade to that and see if you're able to reach higher speeds: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/145-nighthawk-pro-gaming-beta/
  8. When you disable QoS how do you do it exactly? Also doesn't look like you've entered the speeds you expect in Bandwidth settings
  9. We did do some updates today, I'm unsure if efootball was included, try a resync, if not I'll see if they can do it tomorrow
  10. Depending on the time of day/server load some servers may not be always available, this seems to happen specifically with Italy and Spain in Europe.
  11. Thanks for the feedback, I'll add it to our lists!
  12. You can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/145-nighthawk-pro-gaming-beta/
  13. Hey, welcome to the forum! I'll add you to the list!
  14. Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please?
  15. Yes we will do!
  16. Sure thing, thanks for letting us know, I'll pass it onto the team.
  17. If it just uses servers that's no problem at all, we can resolve that quite easily, if it still does rely on direct connections to friends that's not something we can do automatically - we don't know who your friends are, you'd just need to add them manually but mostly if you do it once you won't need to do it again. Don't worry about it too much, as it's the weekend I thought it may be helpful to get a head start on the servers but if they're hard to identify we'll get that sorted.
  18. I'll check in on Monday with the team. How often does it happen, every day?
  19. Once you've added your friends you shouldn't need to do it again - unless their IPs change frequently? If you do come across those chat servers do let us know the IDs and we can get them added as well.
  20. Okay great, it would be best to update to the latest as you are on quite an old version: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39522-new-r2-firmware-32453/
  21. Did you put the XR in the BT Hub and are all devices still connected to the XR? If you disable QoS fully what do you get?
  22. What about using speedtest.net, what do you get then?
  23. The XR will still be in router mode, the BT Hub will handle PPPoE so you can then take out the PPPoE details on the XR. Then do the DMZ setting I mentioned previously and once you've done that check the speeds while connected to the XR.
